When this boat was contracted, 15 to 18 million.

• Per Federal USCG regulations, a maximum of 12 passengers, are allowed. • We love animals and would feel very ill if they were to get motion sickness. Therefore no pets are allowed as a general rule. However some yachts are ok with pets , so please ask which ones. • All vessels come with full emergency equipment and first aid kits, guests with known allergies or medical requirements, please bring extra medication should an emergency arise. • Pick up time is up to you; your charter begins at the convened signed Charter Agreement time. • Feel free to bring your own alcohol and food without any hesitation. • Children are welcomed on board and are counted as a passenger regardless of their age. • 7% tax and 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your total. • Payment is due ten days before your charter date • For charters over $5k a wire transfer is required

“Below Deck” star Aesha Scott tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that she would choose Captain Sandy Yawn to officiate her wedding to fiancé Scott Dobson — and not Captain Jason Chambers. 

“It would be Sandy, for sure,” Aesha, 32, says of Yawn, 59, whom she started working for again on “Below Deck Mediterranean” after leaving Chambers’ “Below Deck Down Under” in a surprise return to her original home on Bravo. 

Aesha explains that choosing Chambers, 50, for the special role would be “disrespectful” to Dobson as viewers have fervently pushed for her and the hunky yacht boss to get together.

“I just think with how many people for whatever stupid reason … so many fans are like, ‘But one day, aren’t you gonna end up with Jason?’” she says, asserting that dating Chambers would be a “hard” pass.

“I think it would be disrespectful to Scott to have the person fans dream of me being with to stand there and officiate the person that I actually am in love,” the chief stew adds. 

Aesha announced her engagement to Dobson last month, sharing stunning photos from his seaside proposal in her native New Zealand.

While fans have expressed their wish for the reality star to date Chambers, Aesha has loyally acted as his wingwoman — even at back-to-back BravoCon events, where he was a hot commodity among single network stars. 

“He would not have to work very hard to find someone to go on a date with,” Aesha told us of Chambers — who shares a young daughter named Saskia with ex Fuchsia Quinn — in July 2023. 

“I just really want him to find someone because he’s so in love with his daughter. He’s such a good man.”

Lindsay Hubbard of “Summer House,” Lala Kent of “Vanderpump Rules,” Caroline Brooks of “The Real Housewives of Dubai” and Adriana de Moura of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” among other female Bravolebrities, have made it clear that they have had the hots for Chambers. 

Aesha, for her part, teased that Chambers — whom she has affectionally dubbed “Captain Cutie” — is invited to her and Dobson’s wedding, where the handsome boating professional will hopefully feel sparks with one of her guests. 

“I like that plan!” she says of playing matchmaker for Chambers at her nuptials, which she emphasizes will be a “big” but “private affair likely to take place in New Zealand in the summer of 2025 or 2026.

Until then, the bride-to-be — who filmed the first two seasons of “Below Deck Down Under,” which aired from March 2022 until September 2023 — is thrilled to be back on “Below Deck Med” and working in a region of the world that’s near and dear to her. 

“The universe is bringing me back home to where I belong. I’m honestly so insanely happy because when I first started yachting, I flew to France with my sister. I was based in the South of France for years and years,” she recalls to “Virtual Reali-Tea.”

“So for me, the Mediterranean is the home of yachting and it’s my home of yachting in my heart,” Aesha continues. “So going back, it was it was just a really beautiful thing for me.”

“Below Deck Mediterranean” Season 9 premieres Monday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

2 rescued from sinking 80-foot yacht off St. Augustine Beach, Florida

Two people were rescued Saturday after the luxury yacht they were on started sinking three miles off St. Augustine Beach, the U.S. Coast Guard reported.

The boat's operator reportedly told the Coast Guard the 80-foot Atlantis motor yacht took on water after striking an object. St. John's County Fire Rescue said in a Facebook post the yacht struck a dredge pipe piling .

According to the Coast Guard, the yacht's operator activated an emergency position indicating radio beacon which helped validate the vessel’s position.

St. John's County Fire Rescue and St. Augustine Police Department marine units assisted the Coast Guard by responding to the scene and rescuing both occupants from the yacht.

One of the boat's occupants was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, St. John's County Fire Rescue said.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partner agencies for their invaluable assistance during this case," U.S. Coast Guard Senior Chief Petty Officer Ricardo Santacana said.

“With the weather improving and mariners heading out onto the water, it's imperative for everyone to verify the presence of all necessary safety equipment aboard their vessel. This ensures that responders, as demonstrated in this case, can swiftly locate you and render assistance when an emergency arises.”

The boat's owner will arrange salvage, the Coast Guard said.

The incident is under investigation.

Boating accidents in Florida

Florida led the nation in registered boats , with 1,035,911 registered in 2023, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife report.

Collisions with fixed objects were named as the leading cause in 659 boating accidents reported in Florida in 2023. The accidents resulted in 56 fatalities.

More recently, 15-year-old Ella Riley Adler was struck and killed by a boat in a hit-and-run while wakeboarding in Key Biscayne on May 11, 2024.

The driver of the boat was later identified as 78-year-old Carlos Guillermo Alonso , of Coral Gables. Alonso's attorney told USA TODAY he did not know he struck anyone on the water.

Fantastic views and old Russian architecture, and the church with St.Savva.

This is a very old monastery established by St.Savva in 15th centure, and it was also a fortress and a seasonal residence of Russian tzar and his wife. You will see fantastic views of meadows, hills and forests of the central Russia.

It's one of the places that are part of the "Golden Ring" , it's the closest to Moscow . If you are interested in Russian culture/ history , it's the must! There are many small nice restaurants around, as well as hotels. Magnificent place , very powerful and truly Russian . Unspoiled beauty!

Thrilled to see that the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery already has a such a wealth of positive reviews; I totally concur and will consequently attempt to keep my own comments relatively brief. A peaceful place offering some lovely views out across the surrounding countryside. Especially recommended for long-term Moscow dwellers needing a break from the teeming metropolis. Though other reviewers have already mentioned this, I would be remiss if I omitted to say that as this is a working Russian Orthodox place of worship, some sort of head-scarf is recommended for women. As a man, I feel a somewhat awkward saying that, but it's definitely worth knowing. My only regret about my own visit is that we didn't buy more pastries from the on-site bakery, the ones we did have were truly delicious. I would say take large bags with you and stock up, but I am not sure how the full-time residents of the monastery would feel about me advocating baked-goods-based gluttony!

It's an ancient Church opened not so long ago after closing by Soviets. Must visit to feel Russian people and Russian soul. Do not forget that it's a male monastery so consider to wear long dresses with sleeves.

Quiet, with a wonderful architecture. But, ladies, do not forget that it is not for tourists, so cover heads and legs !

Well restored with well-maintained grounds (lots of flowers in July) with a separate spring easily reachable by drive or walk from the main compound. The buildings are colorful and the churches beautiful. A simple cafe near the spring offers a chance to rest and eat excellent baked goods. Worth the visit.

Miami Yacht Owner Denied Insurance Payout for Fire Loss

The owner of a yacht that burned in a fire will have to eat the loss because his insurance policy was based on an inaccurate valuation of the boat and thus void, a federal judge ruled.

Diego LePage owned the boat via Musashi AZ LLC, of which he was the sole member, and the boat was the sole asset. Accelerant Specialty Insurance Co. issued a marine insurance policy to LePage based on information provided by the previous insurer, which described the purchasing price as $2 million.

Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery and Museum

Zvenigorod's most famous sight is the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery, which was founded in 1398 by the monk Savva from the Troitse-Sergieva Lavra, at the invitation and with the support of Prince Yury Dmitrievich of Zvenigorod. Savva was later canonised as St Sabbas (Savva) of Storozhev. The monastery late flourished under the reign of Tsar Alexis, who chose the monastery as his family church and often went on pilgrimage there and made lots of donations to it. Most of the monastery’s buildings date from this time. The monastery is heavily fortified with thick walls and six towers, the most impressive of which is the Krasny Tower which also serves as the eastern entrance. The monastery was closed in 1918 and only reopened in 1995. In 1998 Patriarch Alexius II took part in a service to return the relics of St Sabbas to the monastery. Today the monastery has the status of a stauropegic monastery, which is second in status to a lavra. In addition to being a working monastery, it also holds the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum.

Belfry and Neighbouring Churches

Located near the main entrance is the monastery's belfry which is perhaps the calling card of the monastery due to its uniqueness. It was built in the 1650s and the St Sergius of Radonezh’s Church was opened on the middle tier in the mid-17th century, although it was originally dedicated to the Trinity. The belfry's 35-tonne Great Bladgovestny Bell fell in 1941 and was only restored and returned in 2003. Attached to the belfry is a large refectory and the Transfiguration Church, both of which were built on the orders of Tsar Alexis in the 1650s.

To the left of the belfry is another, smaller, refectory which is attached to the Trinity Gate-Church, which was also constructed in the 1650s on the orders of Tsar Alexis who made it his own family church. The church is elaborately decorated with colourful trims and underneath the archway is a beautiful 19th century fresco.

Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is the oldest building in the monastery and among the oldest buildings in the Moscow Region. It was built between 1404 and 1405 during the lifetime of St Sabbas and using the funds of Prince Yury of Zvenigorod. The white-stone cathedral is a standard four-pillar design with a single golden dome. After the death of St Sabbas he was interred in the cathedral and a new altar dedicated to him was added.

Under the reign of Tsar Alexis the cathedral was decorated with frescoes by Stepan Ryazanets, some of which remain today. Tsar Alexis also presented the cathedral with a five-tier iconostasis, the top row of icons have been preserved.

Tsaritsa's Chambers

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is located between the Tsaritsa's Chambers of the left and the Palace of Tsar Alexis on the right. The Tsaritsa's Chambers were built in the mid-17th century for the wife of Tsar Alexey - Tsaritsa Maria Ilinichna Miloskavskaya. The design of the building is influenced by the ancient Russian architectural style. Is prettier than the Tsar's chambers opposite, being red in colour with elaborately decorated window frames and entrance.

At present the Tsaritsa's Chambers houses the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum. Among its displays is an accurate recreation of the interior of a noble lady's chambers including furniture, decorations and a decorated tiled oven, and an exhibition on the history of Zvenigorod and the monastery.

Palace of Tsar Alexis

The Palace of Tsar Alexis was built in the 1650s and is now one of the best surviving examples of non-religious architecture of that era. It was built especially for Tsar Alexis who often visited the monastery on religious pilgrimages. Its most striking feature is its pretty row of nine chimney spouts which resemble towers.

B-50 Explorer Yacht

With a beam of just over 30 feet and an interior volume of 499 GT, the B-50 also offers a generous amount of space onboard. The yacht can accommodate 12 guests across six large cabins. Located on a private deck, the scenic owner’s suite provides sweeping 270-degree views and opens to an outdoor lounge with a Jacuzzi.

The Jacuzzi isn’t the only water feature, either. The main deck aft centers around a striking 20-foot swimming pool that can double as a helipad. How? After all the water is drained, the bottom of the pool is raised until it is flush with the deck. This creates a touch-and-go landing pad that can facilitate comings and goings via chopper. The aft deck is also fitted with fold-out bulwarks that can be opened to create a larger lounge area.

Other notable amenities on the B-50 include a sheltered outdoor cinema at the rear of the upper deck, a gym with a fold-out balcony on the lower deck, a side garage with enough room for a tender and Jet Ski, and a hidden anchor deck with a drop-down hatch.

Welcome to ‘Ren Faire’: Lance Oppenheim’s HBO Docuseries Follows a Festival Trapped in a Real-Life Game of Thrones

That’s the battle at the center of “ Ren Faire ,” HBO’s new docuseries set to air in the network’s coveted Sunday-evening slot during the two weeks ahead of “House of the Dragon” Season 2.

“It sounds like that’s what their calculus was, to put it as close to that show as possible,” series director Lance Oppenheim says, laughing.

“Functionally, he actually is a king. He’s created a real-life fiefdom,” explains Oppenheim, who was surprised by how swiftly he gained access to Coulam when he began filming the fest. “The first thing he said to me was ‘I used to play the king, but now I’m a horny old man. I want to find someone that can take care of the festival.’ These were the things just flowing out of him. He was maybe looking for an outlet — somebody that he has no control over. He doesn’t have any friends that he doesn’t employ.”

“I want to take all this stylistic stuff that we can do on our end to bring the festival to life. How do you make a fair feel like a Ridley Scott movie or like ‘Barry Lyndon’?” Oppenheim says about giving the doc a sense of decadence and scope. “I want to be with these employees in their headspace.”

The zag away from fly-on-the-wall and talking-head aesthetics extends to how “Ren Faire” captures the professional and personal lives of the three scheming parties vying to inherit Coulam’s kingdom. Oppenheim was careful not to be a gawking outsider in his journalistic investigation. (One subject’s fear: “Please, don’t make this ‘Tiger King.’”) Instead, he maintained a dialogue with the subjects, often composing images that they felt best conveyed their emotional space.

It’s a collaborative ethos that the 28-year-old filmmaker established with his doc-feature debut, “Some Kind of Heaven,” about the soul-searching routines of The Villages, the world’s biggest retirement community. He further explored the approach with this year’s “Spermworld,” which centers on three men who find fulfillment in the unregulated ecosystem of online sperm donorship. Although the subjects of “Ren Faire” are not trained screen actors, they are professional performers, each possessing a natural showmanship that Oppenheim was eager to draw from.

“These people see their lives in extremely heightened ways. I’m working with them to show how they’re feeling,” Oppenheim says of Coulam’s warring suitors. “There are definitely psychic costs to living inside this world. And they’re aware of it. And yet they still willfully return to playing the game.”

Though the rival factions each opened up to him, Oppenheim avoided mediating their cutthroat power plays: “They all knew they didn’t like each other, and they let that flag fly. Very high in the sky.”

The feud reaches one crisis point in the series when a loyal entertainment director goes into a panic after Coulam aligns himself with another business partner — a burst of unnerving close-ups and spinning colors provide an ornate portrait of the employee’s ego death. Oppenheim freely acknowledges the scene was staged, choreographed in partnership with its subject. It’s just one of several lyrical sequences across “Ren Faire” that gives the festival’s denizens a grand canvas to express their kingly ambitions.

“For discerning viewers, I’m trying to make this as legibly cheated as possible,” Oppenheim says. “The fact that these people are excited to put these moments on-screen with me adds another kind of documentary truth. It doesn’t make it any less real.”

“ I kept trying to figure out a way where I could be inside a real place with real people and a few actors. The production realities of that can be hard for people to stomach,” Oppenheim says, citing the influence of Jonathan Glazer’s 2013 sci-fi feature “Under the Skin,” which saw Scarlett Johansson play an alien among non-professional actors filmed with hidden cameras. “More traditional fiction movies are interesting to me, of course. But I think that if I’m just inventing things out of thin air, there’s nothing that’s uncomfortable or thorny in it.”

“Ren Faire” premieres on HBO and Max on Sunday, June 2.
