A traditional working harbour for 200 years, today Mylor harbour is home to a well-equipped marina, boat yard and one of the last traditional oyster fishing fleets working under sail. Our waterfront cottages now offer a welcoming blend of elegant comfort and superb facilities in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Holidays in Mylor are about doing your own thing. Whether you explore the area on foot, by bike, boat or by kayak, it is entirely up to you, or if you are planning a quiet getaway for two or a celebratory get-together for the entire family, you’ll find accommodation to meet your needs.

There are eight 4 star, self-catering properties, all providing the comforts of home with generously equipped kitchens, spacious open plan living and dining space and one to four bedrooms (many of which are ensuite) and they're ideal for short breaks, annual holidays, or special occasions.

Car and boat trailer parking are included with your holiday. Some ground floor apartments are suitable for less mobile guests travelling with companions. And there is a selection of dog friendly properties as well! Open all year including Christmas and New Year.

However, the facilities don’t end there with two delicious eateries,  Cafe Mylor  and  Castaways  both offering delicious meals throughout the day. Cafe Mylor serves tasty breakfast and lunch food with great outside seating that bathes in the Cornish sunshine, and Castaways offering a delightful seasonal menu, providing food throughout the day both venues have live music playing from time to time, so keep an eye out for that.

Welcome ashore.

We like to think we’ve thought of everything when it comes to our shoreside facilities. From tasty food and refreshing drinks, to comfortable, clean restrooms, an incredibly well-equipped chandlery, and a whole host of activities.

Combine this with our charming Harbourside Holidays accommodation, for those who may like to stay a little longer, and you’ll find all you need in one place, leaving you free to make the most of your time on, or beside, the water.

There is extensive car parking available for visitors and customers. Take a look at our map of the site that will help you understand the different parking options and zones.

The main car park is situated on the Admiralty Quay, at the bottom of the hill as you enter the harbour (Zone 1). The pay and display machines are located in Zones 2 & 4.

If you are parking for over 24 hours please park your vehicle in Zones 5 – 10. We ask that all trailers are parked in Zones 7-10 (there is an additional charge for trailers)

Mylor Yacht Club

Mylor Yacht Club was established in 1963 and now has around 800 members. Their purpose-built clubhouse is on the floor above Mylor Cafe, with excellent facilities and stunning views over the water.

The club offers a warm welcome to new members and visiting sailors from similar clubs. With a packed summer programme of activities, the club is also a Community Amateur Sports Club, committed to helping everyone enjoy time on the water.

Why not embark on a journey to the beautiful village of Flushing along the footpath to Trefusis Head? Alternatively take a charming walk along Mylor Creek, or hop in the car and adventure up to the north coast where windswept beaches meet rugged cliffs dotted with old mining works, a classic Cornish scene.
