Small & shallow marina in the popular resort of Palmanova

This small harbour is partially silted-up and at present can only be used by shallow draught vessels. Harbour facilities are limited and there are 82 moorings.

It is situated around 15km from the airport of Palma de Mallorca. There is a wakeboarding and watersjiiing school based here as well as a canoeing club. In addition to this there is also other watersports such as jet ski rentals on site. Other services available here include cleaning and boat maintenance which is available in their dry dock.

Glass Bottom boat trip in Palmanova and Magaluf

What do we do on our glass bottom boat trip.

This is one of our most popular boat trips in Mallorca . This excursion on a glass bottom boat will take us from Palma Nova and Magaluf to discover the coast nearby, passing places like Cala Viñas or Portals Nous, being a great way to spend 2 hours away from the resort.

You can relax on the top deck while you catch some sun and at the same time you enjoy the beautiful views of the area, stunning islets, small coves and beautiful beaches. Or you can go the lowest deck to see the marine life through the glass on this glass bottom boat.

When possible, there is also a short swimming stop so you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the area.

What is included in the price?

The price includes a 2 hour boat trip around the area on the Britannia Jet glass bottom boat , and when possible a swimming stop.

The duration of the trip by glass bottom boat is 2 hours and departs three times a day:

• Magalluf    11:00am        +          13:00pm           +            15:00pm
• Son Matias  11:10am     +           13:10pm           +            15:10pm
• Palma Nova 11:15am     +          13:15pm           +            15:15pm

Departure point:

The departure point for the glass bottom boat trip in Calvia is confirmed to you by e-mail once you have made your reservation and depends on the hotel where you are staying as there are different piers in the area.

The transfer from the hotel to the pier is not included, the client has to make his own way. There are piers in Magalluf, Palmanova and Cala Viñas.

The boat was late in arriving but that was OK. The glass view deck level had a very dirty floor. Nobody came down to see it. Stopping for swimming was not in the booking information. Overall the boat trip was average at best. The "glass bottom" description is misleading.

Très belle sortie en bateau, très beaux paysages, baignade géniale. Dommage qu il n'y a pas de traduction en français :)

Lovely trip polite and friendly staff Didn't see a lot of activity under water but plenty to see up top. Not crowded which was good for us but maybe not good for bussiness

The trip was good for view of Magaluf, Palma Nova & Port Portals but we were very disappointed with only seeing a couple of jelly fish in the glass bottom…. No dolphins or fish as per the brochure. If you just want the views for a couple of hours then go for it but don’t expect too much underwater.

Always good to have a boat trip on holiday. Prices st the bar reasonable. Everything went to plan with no hitches. Would recommend click Mallorca.

This was an enjoyable trip round the coast. Well stocked reasonably priced drinks and ice cream. Recommended.

My husband, 8 Yr old granddaughter and I went on the glass bottom boat as part of our holiday to Magaluf, I have to say it's the best glass bottom boat we have ever been on. The crew were very good, pointed out many things. Someone said they had seen a dolphin so the boat was stopped to see the dolphins, unfortunately we didn't see any but when I was looking at my photos on my phone on our way back to the UK today, one of the random photos my granddaughter took has a dolphin on, well done to my granddaughter. Highly recommend this boat trip, really was enjoyable. Great you can buy a drink, ice creams or crisps on board too. When we next holiday in majorca we would definitely do the glass bottom boat trip again. Good value for money too for a 2 hour trip. Excellent, can't recommend enough. Thank you for a great trip out

Emplazamiento, buenas vistas, lo mejor la terraza Falta tratar, no mejor, simplemente con correción, al turismo nacional. Cuando las cosas van mal nos reclaman, pero ni nos quieren ni nos valoran.

Buena experiencia Agradable hotel, muy bien situado, cerca de la playa y de la parada del bus al aeropuerto y a otros destinos. Instalaciones y habitación muy buenas. La piscina parecía pequeña y sombría pero no la utilizamos. Personal agradable . La compañía de coches de alquiler con la que trabajan muy bien. Ocupación en algún momento al cien por cien y sin embargo sin agobios ni ruido.

Agradable el trato del personal. Buena ubicación y atención. Desayuno muy bueno y comidas buenas. No tanto la cena,pescado repetitivo siempre fogonero.Un día merluza mala y el salmón se libró. agradecería más verdura en ellas.

Muy familiar Hemos pasado un fin de semana maravilloso. La comida genial y el personal de animación muy familiar.

Esta frente a la playa Hotel bien situado para ir a la playa, aunque los horarios están enfocados para turistas extranjeros

Nada recomendable. Las habitaciones no estaban limpias, y había hormigas rojas por toda la habitación, el ascensor era mejor no cogerlo porque parecía que iba a romper en cualquier momento. Las instalaciones nada cuidadas y el desayuno monótono, poco variado y pésima calidad. Además, que los espectáculos y anuncios en otros idiomas que no son español. En definitiva, un hotel con 4 estrellas que no las demuestra.

Buenos programas de entretenimiento dentro de las instalaciones. El hotel tiene 4 estrellas, pero realmente tendría que tener 3 por el estado de su habitaciónes. El personal, muy amable en general, pero, nadie te informa de las normas a la hora de la cena. Es decir, resultó ser que, puedes comer la cantidad que quieras pero ninguna bebida no esta incluida (incluso el agua), con un precio bastante elevado.

Muy recomendable Ambiente muy agradable, trato excelente por parte de todos los personal. Apartamentos renovados y muy cerca de la playa.
