Sean 'Diddy' Combs' son accused of sex assault in lawsuit that also names music mogul as defendant

LOS ANGELES — Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is a subject of a federal sex trafficking investigation , has been named as a defendant in a new lawsuit that alleges his son sexually assaulted a woman while she was working on a yacht the music mogul had chartered for a trip at the end of 2022.

The allegation is the latest in a wave of lawsuits accusing Combs , 54, of sexual assault, sexual trafficking and engaging in other criminal activity. He has denied all the allegations, calling them sickening.

In the suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs, 26, sexually assaulted her in late December 2022 while she was working on a boat charter that had been “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but turned into a “hedonistic environment.”

The alleged assault happened just days before Sean Combs hosted a New Year’s Eve yacht party with a long list of celebrity guests .

Christian Combs is accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit. Sean Combs is being sued for premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht and for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault.

A lawyer for the father and son called Thursday's suit "lewd and meritless" and said it was "filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect" from O’Marcaigh's lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn.

The lawyer, Aaron Dyer, said his legal team plans on filing a motion to dismiss the suit.

“Like father, like son," Blackburn said Thursday night after the suit was filed. "It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity."

In the yacht studio

In her suit, O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her. She included transcriptions of audio clips that she states are evidence of her denying his advances as he gropes her. The suit states that the clips were recorded by a producer in the studio.

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time of the alleged assault, worked as a steward providing dinner and drink service on the yacht from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and witnessed partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities, the suit states. She also alleges in the complaint that she suspected bottles of alcohol were laced with drugs because women began to fall over themselves, panic or pass out after just one drink.

Around Dec. 28, 2022, O’Marcaigh was informed that Christian Combs would be joining the party to record with music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones in the yacht’s makeshift studio, the suit states.

Christian Combs had been staying on shore at a villa, but often joined his father in the evenings, according to the suit. The woman’s suit alleges that he arrived “heavily intoxicated” and that he paid an inappropriate amount of attention to her.

Christian then pressured O’Marcaigh to take shots of tequila that she believes he brought onboard, according to the suit.

After she took the shot, O’Marcaigh states in the lawsuit, Christian Combs became aggressive and insisted she drink more.

O’Marcaigh became fearful and began to feel the effect of the tequila, which she “quickly suspected” had been spiked, the suit states.

The situation “escalated” as Christian Combs groped O’Marcaigh’s legs, breast, anus and vagina, the suit states. The suit details audio recordings in which it states O’Marcaigh can be heard declining alcohol, saying she had to leave, and telling Christian Combs to stop touching her with what sounds like kissing noises in the background.

The audio was recorded by Jones, the producer who was in the studio during the alleged assault and who has alleged in his own lawsuit that he was required to record Sean Combs “constantly” and had hours of footage in which the music mogul and his staff allegedly engaged in criminal conduct.

NBC News has heard two clips of audio transcribed in the suit purportedly from the night of Dec. 28, 2022, but has not verified who was recorded.

“Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to,” O’Marcaigh is heard saying in the recording detailed in the suit. “If I want to do this, then I will. You don’t touch my legs like that.”

“Listen, you and everybody in the crew,” Christian Combs allegedly replies.

“I can’t, I have to go down,” O’Marcaigh says. “I have to go down.”

Christian Combs then insists that O’Marcaigh stay with him, but she responds that she cannot unless he makes that request to a crew leader, the suit states, citing the audio recording.

O’Marcaigh answered this way because she knew “anyone of authority” who could approve the request would be asleep and Christian Combs would not be able to contact them, the suit states.

“Who can I talk to? I’m going to say I requested you right now,” Christian Combs said, according to the suit.

“Well, you can take your hand off my ass for the first thing,” O’Marcaigh responded.

O’Marcaigh then attempted to resume her duties and finish her shift once she was able to leave the studio, the suit states. Christian Combs allegedly found her a short time later and insisted she find him a place to sleep.

She directed him to the yacht cinema, which was used as an extra sleeping area, where he blocked her in, the suit states.

Christian Combs allegedly began to grope her and took off his clothes.

“His penis was erect, and he grabbed her arms and was trying to force PLAINTIFF to perform oral sex on him,” the suit states.

The suit includes photos of bruising on O’Marcaigh’s forearm and alleges it was caused when Christian Combs grabbed her.

O’Marcaigh fought him off until someone else walked in, according to the suit.

Since the alleged attack

The alleged assault had a deep impact on O’Marcaigh’s mental health as well as her professional and personal lives, the suit said. When O’Marcaigh complained to the yacht captain the next day, the suit alleges, the captain did not believe her and failed to investigate.

She alleges that the captain retaliated against her until she was terminated in May 2023.

Her mental health deteriorated, and the woman had anxiety and panic attacks as well as severe suicidal ideations, the suit said. O’Marcaigh alleges that the emotional strain affected her physical health and that she developed an eating disorder and seizures following the assault.

She is seeking unspecified damages.

"I am here to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves and I applaud Grace for being so brave to come forward with her truth," attorney Rodney S. Diggs said of his client. "Hopefully her story will inspire others to come forward."

Allegations and investigation

O’Marcaigh’s suit is the first to accuse Christian Combs of sexual assault. Since November, his father, Sean Combs, has been accused in lawsuits of sexual assault by four women, which he has repeatedly denied.

One of those suits has been settled , and the others have not been resolved.

Jones, a producer who worked for Sean Combs from September 2022 to November 2023, alleged the rapper sexually harassed him, pressured him to engage in sexual acts and forced him to procure sex workers. He said he witnessed Sean Combs giving drinks laced with drugs to people at parties.

An attorney for Combs said Jones’ “reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

Federal agents walk at the entrance to a property belonging to Sean "Diddy" Combs

On March 25, agents with Homeland Security Investigations searched Sean Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami. A source familiar with the investigation told NBC News that a federal investigation began before this year and that authorities were aware of the layout of Combs’ properties before the raids.

During the searches last month, federal agents discovered guns and seized his phones as part of a warrant issued from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, law enforcement sources have said. Christian Combs was detained at his father’s Los Angeles home last month when Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant, but he was not arrested.

Investigators are also looking into allegations of statutory rape against Sean Combs, the source said.

NBC News previously reported that at least three women and one man have been interviewed by federal investigators in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.

Aaron Dyer, one of Combs’ attorneys, issued a statement following last month’s property searches and said that Combs “was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities.” He described the search as an ambush, saying there’s been a rush to judgment based on “meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

“There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations,” Dyer said. “Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' luxury yacht draws comparisons to Epstein Island amid sex trafficking probe

W ith federal investigators looking into Sean "Diddy" Combs in a sex trafficking investigation after multiple women and at least one man accused him of bad behavior, the hip-hop mogul is drawing comparisons to Jeffrey Epstein.

Like Epstein, a financier who had his own private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands , Combs has been accused of luring victims with his luxurious lifestyle and – in some cases – assaulting them aboard a yacht he rented for trips to the Virgin Islands and Saint Barthelemy.

Some of the most explosive allegations have come from a February lawsuit producer Lil Rod, whose real name is Rodney Jones, filed against Combs, alleging a pattern of sexual assaults and sex trafficking he claims are recorded on hidden cameras throughout the mogul's homes.

RAPPER SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS' HOMES RAIDED BY HOMELAND SECURITY

Combs' mansions in Los Angeles and Miami were raided earlier this week in connection with a federal human trafficking investigation , months after similar accusations emerged in a series of lawsuits.

The lawsuit also alleges Combs had an aide who played a role similar to Ghislaine Maxwell's, Epstein's madame who is now a convicted trafficker.

Just a few weeks ago, Combs, 54, was riding high, receiving the ceremonial key to New York City and celebrating the release of his first album in years on the same day.

"The bad boy of entertainment is getting the key to the city from the bad boy of politics," Mayor Eric Adams said as he presented a giant key to Combs in Times Square, according to FOX 5 New York.

SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS LAWSUIT NAMES 50 CENT'S EX-GIRLFRIEND AS ONE OF MUSIC MOGUL'S ALLEGED SEX WORKERS

"He escaped a lot because of who he was," said Derrick Parker, a former member of the NYPD's rap intelligence unit who investigated the 1999 nightclub shooting that landed Combs and Jennifer Lopez in handcuffs. "Now, a lot of stuff is just coming back to him."

From a deadly stampede early in his career, to a nightclub shooting where a protégé took the fall and recent sex trafficking allegations, Bad Boy Records founder Combs has largely prevailed in his legal battles.

Combs has been acquitted of gun and bribery charges and been mentioned in connection with hip-hop feuds that led to real-life violence without being implicated in any crimes.

But the recent lawsuits kicked off a federal investigation that resulted in raids on his mansions in Los Angeles and Miami last week. Combs and his lawyers denied any misconduct.

The hip-hop icon and founder of Bad Boy Records rose to prominence in the music industry in the early 1990s, then branched out into clothing design, liquor and other businesses, making himself a billionaire.

SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS' FEDERAL RAIDS ON HOMES, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT LAWSUITS: WHAT TO KNOW

He came from humble beginnings. His early rise to prominence involved a feud between emerging hip-hop stars on the country's East and West coasts.

In 1991, Combs promoted a benefit event at the City College of New York that turned deadly when an altercation in the crowd led to a stampede of fans that crushed eight people to death.

Combs and girlfriend Jennifer Lopez were arrested in New York City in 1999 on weapons and bribery charges after an altercation with another man led to a gunfight at Club New York that injured three people.

The couple left, but after blowing a red light, police found a gun in their car.

Paul Mauro, a retired NYPD inspector and now a Fox News contributor, happened to be working in the same precinct the following morning but was not involved in the investigation.

"Diddy was not there, I remember that," he recalled. "She was all distraught. I just remember she had her head down, and I have this recollection of her looking very small and very, very diminutive and kind of shellshocked."

Police held Lopez for about 14 hours before releasing her without charges. Combs was later indicted and then acquitted of gun charges and of bribing his bodyguard to take the fall.

His friend, rapper Shyne, wound up in prison for assault in connection with the bar brawl and recorded part of his next album behind bars.

One of the three people wounded in the Club New York shooting, Natania Reuben, told NewsNation Thursday that it was Combs' bullet that struck her, not Shyne's, whose real name is Jamal Barrow.

"I literally watched them pull out the guns," she told the station. "I had a clear point of view. I mean, for God's sake, I got shot in my nose."

RAPPER SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS' HOMES RAIDED BY HOMELAND SECURITY

Even after becoming a well-established leader in the music industry, allegations of violence continued to follow Combs. Police in Los Angeles arrested Diddy in 2015 after he allegedly attacked an assistant coach at the University of California's LA campus with a kettlebell. He claimed self-defense, and the district attorney declined to prosecute.

Jones, in his lawsuit, alleges Combs continued exhibiting violent tendencies in 2022 and 2023.

Last year, his ex-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, filed an explosive federal lawsuit alleging rape, forced prostitution and physical abuse. They settled the lawsuit a day later — without Combs admitting wrongdoing.

But more allegations emerged of abuse spanning decades.

Joi Dickerson-Neal filed another lawsuit, alleging Diddy drugged, raped and abused her on tape while she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.

SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS' ACCUSER ADDS CUBA GOODING JR. TO SEXUAL ASSAULT LAWSUIT

Another woman, Liza Gardner, also filed a lawsuit, claiming Combs allegedly coerced her into having sex at a party and that his friend also raped her . Days later, according to the civil complaint, Combs allegedly beat her up.

He was also named in a third lawsuit from a Jane Doe who was underage at the time of her alleged sexual assault. In 2017, a former personal chef sued him, claiming he made her work during sex parties. They settled the case two years later.

Filings in the Jones case are so alarming that his lawyers included a "trigger warning" at the top of the civil complaint.

Jones alleges that there are "HUNDREDS of hours of footage and audio recordings of Mr. Combs, his staff, and his guests engaging in serious illegal activity" at mansions in multiple states and on a yacht that traveled to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Saint Barthelemy.

Jones, whose lawyers describe him as a musical prodigy, spent a year living with Combs and producing nine songs for Diddy's new album, "The Love Album: Off the Grid," the record released the same day he received his key to the city.

During that time, he claims to have witnessed Combs "providing laced alcoholic beverages to minors" and prostitutes and committing other crimes.

The lawsuit also alleges two unnamed individuals, one a rapper and the other an R&B singer, were "consorting with underaged girls" on Combs' yacht and at his Los Angeles mansion. Jones also claims actor Cuba Gooding Jr. assaulted him in a studio onboard the yacht.

Gooding did not immediately respond to a request for a response to the allegations.

"It is like Epstein," Parker told Fox News Digital. "It borders on that … and the reason being is that these video tapes are going to be very interesting."

An expert on the intersection of crime and the hip-hop industry who has written a book on the issue, Parker said he expects HSI investigators to be pouring through any footage seized in the raids to determine if any crimes were committed and if any other high-profile people were present.

The more lawsuits that emerge, the more accusers Parker said he expects to come forward.

And the evidence in the lawsuits , even those that were settled, will likely play a role in the ongoing federal investigation, Mauro said.

"That stuff is very penetrative," he said. "[Federal prosecutors] are going to subpoena all of that stuff."

Diddy has denied wrongdoing. In a statement pinned to his X profile, the mogul said accusers have been trying to "assassinate" his character.

"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday," he wrote. "Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name. my family and for the truth."

Sean Combs’ son Christian accused of sexual assault on yacht that Diddy chartered

This story contains a description of an alleged sexual assault.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in another civil lawsuit, this time by a woman alleging that his son Christian “King” Combs sexually assaulted her aboard a superyacht the Bad Boy Entertainment co-founder chartered in late 2022.

But the Combs team dismissed it as “just another lewd and meritless claim” by the woman’s attorney, Tyrone A. Blackburn, that is “filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts” they say they have come to expect from the New York-based lawyer.

In the new lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh added her name to the list of people accusing the embattled business mogul of wrongdoing while he faces a federal probe into sex-trafficking allegations. O’Marcaigh, who worked as a steward on the Victorious ship, alleged that 26-year-old rapper Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her in late December 2022 aboard the charter boat, which Diddy “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but allegedly devolved into a “hedonistic environment.”

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 around the time of the alleged incident, provided dinner and drink service on the yacht from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The bartender also said she witnessed partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers and other A-List celebrities,” according to the filing reviewed by The Times.

What to know about the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs lawsuits, raids

Music mogul and rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who’s facing multiple lawsuits, is the subject of a sweeping sex trafficking probe that resulted in a federal raid of his L.A. and Miami homes.

May 17, 2024

O’Marcaigh is accusing Christian Combs, one of Diddy’s children with the late model Kim Porter , of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages and a jury trial. Diddy, 54, who is named as a co-defendant, is being sued for premises liability as the person who leased the yacht and “had full control of the staff and premises” and for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault. O’Marcaigh accused him of orchestrating a “subsequent coverup” of her alleged assault that ultimately resulted in her termination in May 2023.

She claimed that Diddy allowed “unwanted exposure to unlawful drug use, sex work, and general chaos” and “created an extremely hazardous environment” in which staff was often “treated with disrespect, suspected sex workers were sprawled out unconscious about the yacht, and it was difficult to distinguish which bottles of alcohol were laced with drugs and which bottles were not.” She described women aboard the yacht “falling over themselves, panicking, or passing out” after one shot of tequila or one mixed drink, which she believed were “likely laced with drugs.”

The complaint was filed by Blackburn, the lawyer who is also representing Diddy’s former “Love” album producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones in a sexual harassment and assault case brought against the Grammy Award winner, his son Justin “Dior” Combs, Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. and other members of Diddy’s inner circle . (O’Marcaigh, in her complaint, described Jones as “an extended member of the service staff” who spent time with her at the service bar and piano room on the yacht.)

Misa Hylton, mother of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son Justin Dior Combs, accused federal agents of racism when they detained him at his father’s L.A. mansion.

April 2, 2024

She also made several other allegations about illicit behavior by Diddy and Gooding, whom she said she witnessed “inappropriately touching” Jones, as was alleged in Jones’ lawsuit.

“Like father, like son,” Blackburn said in a statement to NBC News , which first reported on the new lawsuit. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs, who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”

“As long as sexual harassment and assault continues to happen, and as long as people out there still think it is even slightly okay, or can get away with it because of their celebrity, then everyone is still in danger of this happening to them,” added Blackburn’s fellow filing attorney Tyrone S. Diggs. “I am here to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves and I applaud Grace for being so brave to come forward with her truth. “

However, the Combs team kept its focus squarely on Blackburn.

“This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served,” said attorney Aaron Dyer, who represents both Sean and Christian Combs.

“This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped [Blackburn] two days ago for a ‘pattern of behavior’ in ‘improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’ ” he added, “and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

In the past, Diddy has denied wrongdoing and vowed to fight the lawsuits. Four women, including ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura , have sued him since last November, alleging sexual assault.

O’Marcaigh, who is described in court documents as “a European Caucasian female who worked as a Stewardess in the Yachting Industry since 2018,” said she planned to work the entirety of her career in hospitality and the yachting industry but, as stated in her complaint, “those plans have been derailed due to the trauma [she] continues to have as a result of the assault.”

Behind the calamitous fall of hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

In the wake of multiple lawsuits filed against him, former members of Combs’ inner circle told The Times that his alleged misconduct against women goes back decades.

Dec. 13, 2023

On or around Dec. 28, 2022 — days before Diddy hosted a star-studded New Year’s Eve party aboard the ship , which was at sea — O’Marcaigh said that she worked the late shift on the yacht when Christian Combs, who usually stayed at a nearby villa on shore, came aboard “heavily intoxicated” from what O’Marcaigh believed was “a mixture of narcotics and alcohol.”

While she was serving drinks in the studio, where Jones also was present that night, Christian was being “particularly attentive with her, which she considered very inappropriate.” Christian then insisted that O’Marcaigh take a shot of tequila, which she believed he had spiked. She said in the filing that she “felt comfortable” knowing that Mr. Jones was present and “didn’t think anything more of it,” assuming she could return to her work elsewhere on the yacht after the drink. But when she took the shot, she said, the “mood changed” and things “became sinister.”

O’Marcaigh described Christian violently grabbing her arm and hurting her as he insisted that she take another shot. After that, “the situation escalated” and she described being physically assaulted by Christian, whom she alleged touched her legs, breasts, anus and vagina, and who also tried to kiss her on the neck, face and hands.

She said the timeline then became “very blurry and vague.”

But because O’Marcaigh said Diddy insisted on “Mr. Jones recording everything,” Lil Rod obtained an audio recording of the alleged incident. The recording was submitted as an exhibit in O’Marcaigh’s case.

In a transcript of the recording that was included in the complaint to describe the alleged incident, O’Marcaigh tries to leave but Christian does not let her. She tells him not to touch her legs or backside.

After she left, the complaint said, Christian later found her, refused to go back to shore and “demanded that she find him a place to sleep on the yacht.”

A timeline of allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Hip-hop mogul and entrepreneur Diddy has been accused of physical and sexual violence dating back to 1990. Here’s a timeline of the allegations.

May 21, 2024

O’Marcaigh went with him to the cinema, which was commonly used as an extra sleeping area, and he allegedly blocked her from exiting. She described Christian getting “physical and extremely aggressive,” cornering her and allegedly groping her despite her pushing back. He allegedly removed his clothes, exposed his erect penis and physically tried to force her to perform oral sex on him. She began fighting him, and then one of her colleagues entered the cinema, startling Christian. O’Marcaigh was able to leave.

She said she was “seriously bruised as a result of the attack,” that she did not consent to any of the sexual assault or misconduct, and that she was drugged and intoxicated by Christian. Images of her bruising were also included in the complaint.

O’Marcaigh said she complained to the yacht captain the next morning but alleged that he “berated [her and] lacked compassion or concern, failed to investigate, and insisted that [she] was probably voluntarily partying with the guests.” (She said she was not.)

After the incident, O’Marcaigh said, she was assigned to work the “front of the house,” which required her to personally serve Christian Combs while he was aboard the yacht. She also alleged that the captain “received a generous tip” from Diddy to keep him “quiet and from protecting [O’Marcaigh] or taking action on her behalf.”

She alleged that Diddy “fostered and encouraged an environment of debauchery” and “did not have any safeguards in place to ensure there was no excessive drug use, no excessive drinking, and no importation of purported sex workers.”

Where is Diddy? Sean Combs remains in U.S. amid widening sex trafficking probe, sources say

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs remains in the United States and vows to fight sex trafficking allegations, sources close to the music legend said.

March 27, 2024

“He intentionally created an unsafe environment that gave license to [Christian Combs] and his friends to believe that he was free to sexually assault [O’Marcaigh]” and allowed him and his friends “to behave carelessly, as they observed and mimicked his actions.”

O’Marcaigh said that the alleged assault deeply impacted her mental health, as well as her professional and personal life. She alleged that as a result of the alleged attack, her mental health deteriorated, she experienced anxiety and panic attacks and had severe suicidal ideations, the lawsuit said. She claimed the emotional strain also affected her physical health and that she developed an eating disorder and epileptic seizures after the incident.

In an unrelated action, Blackburn was chastised in a Wednesday court filing by New York Judge Denise Cote and referred to the grievance committee for the Southern District of New York after receiving repeated admonishments from another judge in a separate case. The attorney, known for his cases against celebrities, has brought lawsuits against rappers Nicki Minaj, T.I. and his wife Tiny, and comedian Tiffany Haddish.

Diggs said of the new lawsuit, “This case, just like others, should be viewed on the merits and not against other attorneys as a means of distraction.”

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' Son Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman On Yacht In New Lawsuit

AP logo

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A lawsuit that names Sean “Diddy” Combs as a co-defendant alleges that his son Christian “King” Combs sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father.

The suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court says Sean Combs created the circumstances that led to the assault and paid to cover it up afterward. It’s the latest in a series of lawsuits accusing the producer and music mogul of sexual misconduct, and it comes amid a federal sex trafficking investigation that led Homeland Security agents to raid his homes in Los Angeles and Miami last week.

Grace O’Marcaigh, who worked as a crew member and a bartender on the boat, says that in late December 2022, Christian Combs pressured her to drink tequila that she believes was spiked with other drugs. He groped her breasts and genitals and attempted to force her to perform oral sex, the suit alleges.

The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused unless they come forward publicly, as O’Marcaigh has done. She also consented to being named through her attorneys.

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Sean and Christian Combs, called the lawsuit “lewd and meritless.”

“We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim,” Dyer said in a statement.

Dyer called the investigation that brought last week’s raids “nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

Sean Combs, who chartered the yacht throughout the holidays in 2022, “had full control of the staff and premises” and created circumstances where her assault was not only tolerated but encouraged.

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time, said when Christian Combs, then 24, came aboard late one night, he appeared heavily intoxicated and began giving her inappropriate attention.

She said the two were in a music studio on board the ship, where producer Rodney Jones, who filed his own lawsuit in February, was told to be available around the clock for Sean Combs to work on his next album.

O’Marcaigh said in the suit that Christian Combs was insistent that she take shots of tequila, and she drank out of obligation.

The suit alleges he became increasingly aggressive with her, violently grabbing her arm as she tried to get out of the situation then groping her. The drinks made everything blurry, unusually quickly, the suit says.

Microphones in the studio, where Jones was told to capture everything, recorded their exchange, and the lawsuit includes a transcript where O’Marcaigh demands that Christian Combs stop touching her.

The suit alleges that he later continued the assault in the ship’s movie theater, which was used as a spare sleeping area and where she was attempting to find a place to spend the night because the rooms were all taken, before another crew member appeared and he stopped.

O’Marcaigh told the yacht’s captain about the assault the following morning, but she alleges that after Combs gave him a large amount of cash the same day, the captain failed to meaningfully investigate or take any action.

The suit says O’Marcaigh was eventually fired in retaliation and has since been unable to find work in the music industry where she had planned to build a career. It says since 2022, she has suffered severe emotional trauma.

The lawsuit seeks damages to be determined at trial.

Christian Combs is also a musical artist whose song “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” with Kodak Black topped Billboard’s Mainstream R&B Hip-Hop charts in 2022. He was at his father’s Los Angeles home during last week’s searches, during which he and his brother were handcuffed but not arrested.

The producer Jones’ federal lawsuit, filed in February by Tyrone Blackburn, the same attorney as O’Marcaigh’s suit, includes allegations that Sean Combs coerced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

Dyer’s statement said the newest lawsuit is “filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.”

He pointed out that U.S. District Judge Denise L. Cote criticized Blackburn in a separate lawsuit on Wednesday and referred him to a disciplinary committee for a “pattern of behavior” where he “improperly files cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly.”

Blackburn responded in an email that “a referral is not a sanction” and the statement from Combs’ lawyer was an attempt to “deflect and distract.”

“Christian Combs sexually assaulted Ms. O’Marcaigh, and we have it on tape,” Blackburn said.

Several lawsuits have brought public scrutiny to the music and business mogul, beginning with a November suit from his former protege and girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie , which alleged years of sexual abuse, including rape. It was settled the following day .

Combs and his attorneys have denied all of the lawsuits’ allegations.

Combs, a three-time Grammy winner and the founder of Bad Boy Records, is among the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades. He turned his hip-hop empire into a broader business empire that includes private-label spirits , fashion, and a TV network .

Lawsuit alleges son of Sean 'Diddy' Combs sexually assaulted worker on yacht

Rob Hayes Image

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Sean "Diddy" Combs and his son have been named in a new civil lawsuit that accuses his son of sexually assaulting a worker onboard a yacht that Diddy chartered nearly a year and a half ago.

In the lawsuit, the female yacht worker says Christian "King" Combs, may have spiked her drink, and then groped her and forced her to have oral sex. The encounter is alleged to have happened onboard a yacht in St. Martin that Diddy chartered in December 2022.

The lawsuit names Diddy because he was the person who leased the yacht.

"Deep pockets," said legal analyst Lou Shapiro. "That's why Diddy the father is being looped into this suit even though he probably had little to do with the accusations against his son."

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Sean and Christian Combs, called the woman's claims lewd and meritless, and attacked her attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, in a written statement.

"This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we've come to expect from Blackburn. This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a 'pattern of behavior' in 'improperly (filing) cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,' and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York."

Dyer says he'll be filing a motion to have the case dismissed.

Diddy though is dealing with several lawsuits accusing sexual abuse and a federal investigation into possible sex trafficking.

Shapiro says that probe will most likely take a long time to play out.

"The federal government works very slowly, carefully, methodically. They're not going to bring the case unless they think they can win it, so therefore it could be several months before we hear one thing or another from the federal government against Diddy himself," Shapiro said.

Sean "Diddy" Combs and Son Christian Sued Over Alleged Sexual Assault and Battery

Sean "diddy" combs' 26-year-old son christian "king" combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman working on a yacht the rap mogul had chartered in december 2022..

Content warning: This story discusses sexual assault.

Sean "Diddy" Combs  is  facing more legal woes .

The rapper and his son  Christian "King" Combs   are named as defendants in a new lawsuit that alleges Christian, 26, sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht Diddy chartered in December 2022.

In court documents obtained by E! News April 5, Grace O'Marcaigh said the charter was "sold as a wholesome family excursion" but quickly turned into a "hedonistic environment," resulting in her suffering emotional distress and physical bruises.

As part of her lawsuit , Grace accused Diddy, 54, of "apparent failure to ensure there was a safe environment on the yacht" since he was the person responsible for the charter.

In the filing, Grace said she was working as a steward on the boat when Christian allegedly came on board "heavily intoxicated." Her suit claimed that he started paying an "inappropriate" amount of attention to her upon his arrival, before allegedly pressuring her drink alcohol that she suspects was laced with drugs.

"At this point, the situation escalated," the lawsuit reads, alleging that Christian starting groping Grace's chest and private areas. Grace said she was able to get away, according to the suit, but Christian "went looking for her and demanded that she find him a place to sleep on the yacht."

Complying with his wishes, Grace escorted Christian to a makeshift sleeping area in the yacht cinema, per the lawsuit. However, Christian became "extremely aggressive" and started groping her, the lawsuit alleged.

Grace said in her filing that she fought him off until someone else walked in and she was able to make a quick exit.

As a result of the alleged attack, Grace expressed that her mental health deteriorated, leading her to develop an eating disorder and epileptic seizures. Her lawsuit also includes photos of bruising on her forearm that she alleges occurred when Christian grabbed her.

She is seeking unspecified damages.

In a statement to E! News,  Aaron Dyer , an attorney representing Christian and Diddy, refuted the lawsuit as "just another lewd and meritless claim." He added in part, "We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim."

The lawsuit comes after Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles homes were  raided by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents . The  March 25 raid  was executed in connection to allegations of sex trafficking, the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms supposedly related to Diddy, a source told  NBC News .

The Bad Boy Records founder's attorney previously called the raids a "gross overuse of military-level force" and noted his client "cooperated with authorities," adding that neither Diddy nor any of his family members have been arrested.

"This unprecedented ambush—paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence—leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs," he added, "and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits."

Search Warrants Executed on Diddy’s L.A. and Miami Properties

Federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed search warrants at Sean “Diddy” Combs ’ Los Angeles and Miami properties on March 25, multiple law enforcement sources confirmed to NBC News .   The sources told the outlet the warrant was out of the Southern District of New York, and a spokesperson for HSI New York confirmed to E! News it “executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners.”  Law enforcement sources told NBC News the music mogul was in the Miami area when the search warrants were executed.

News about the investigation broke after Combs faced allegations of sexual misconduct in lawsuits filed by multiple accusers starting in November, with the musician denying the allegations.  “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday,” he wrote in a December statement posted on Instagram . “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Diddy’s Attorney Speaks Out

The day after HSI executed the search warrants at Combs' L.A. and Miami properties, his lawyer spoke out .  "Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residences," attorney  Aaron Dyer  said in a March 26 statement to E! News. "There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated."  Dyer noted Combs “was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities.”   “Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way,” his lawyer's statement continued. “This unprecedented ambush—paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence—leads  to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

And Dyer expressed Combs' intent to defend himself. “There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations,” he added. “Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

Details About the Raid Revealed

As for what actually went down during the searches, multiple law enforcement sources familiar with the warrant told NBC News authorities with the Department of Homeland Security seized phones from Combs’ home in Miami before he was scheduled to travel to the Bahamas, and several sources familiar with the matter added that guns were discovered during the search .

One source familiar with the matter also told NBC News three women and one man were interviewed by prosecutors and investigators from the Southern District of New York about allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms purportedly tied to Combs.

Diddy’s Associate Brendan Paul Arrested on Suspicion of Drug Possession

On the same day the search warrants were executed at Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles properties, one of his associates, Brendan Paul , was arrested by the Miami-Dade police on suspicion of drug possession, a law enforcement source familiar with the matter told NBC News .  According to the Miami-Dade arrest affidavit obtained by the outlet, Paul was taken into custody for allegedly possessing suspected cocaine and suspected marijuana candy.  Prison records obtained by NBC News show Paul was released on March 26 after posting bond. “We do not plan on trying this case in the media,” Paul’s attorney Brian Bieber said in a statement obtained by the outlet, “all issues will be dealt with in court.”

Diddy’s Son King Combs Hit With Lawsuit Alleging He Sexually Assaulted Staffer On Luxury Yacht

The rapper himself is also named as a defendant in the case, which claims he "encouraged an environment of debauchery" that enabled his son's behavior.

Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian “King” Combs are facing a new lawsuit claiming the younger Combs sexually assaulted a staffer on a luxury yacht in the Caribbean.

Justin Timberlake Pleads Guilty to Impaired Driving, Required to Make Public Safety Announcement

“Prior to being sexually assaulted by defendant Christian Combs, plaintiff planned to work the entirety of her career in hospitality and the yachting industry,” O’Marcaigh’s attorneys write. “Unfortunately, those plans have been derailed due to the trauma plaintiff continues to have as a result of the assault.”

Trending on Billboard

In addition to those two cases, Combs has been hit with a slew of other allegations of sexual assault and other wrongdoing over the past six months, including a quickly-settled case filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie and a still-pending lawsuit filed a woman who claims Combs raped her when she was 17. The rapper is also facing an apparent federal criminal investigation, which led to raids of his homes last month . Combs has strongly denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

In a statement to Billboard Friday, Aaron Dyer , an attorney for both Sean and Christian Combs, sharply rejected the lawsuit’s allegations. He pointed specifically to a ruling earlier in the week in which a federal judge strongly criticized Blackburn over conduct in unrelated cases.

“This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn,” Dyer said. “We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

In the new lawsuit, O’Marcaigh claims that Christian Combs arrived to the chartered yacht via smaller boat at 5 am on Dec. 28, 2022. She says he then “insisted” that she take shots of tequila, which she quickly came to suspect had been spiked with drugs. After she attempted to exit the situation, O’Marcaigh says he “violently” grabbed her and began to grope and assault her.

Because Jones was present and recording, O’Marcaigh says she has a recording in which she tells the younger Combs “excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that” and “you can take your hand off my ass.”

Later in the same evening, O’Marcaigh says Combs demanded that she find him a place to sleep. When she took him to the yacht’s cinema, she says he “blocked her from exiting,” then “became physical and aggressive” even as she “pushed him back constantly.”

“Defendant C. Combs then took off all of his clothes,”  O’Marcaigh’s attorney says. “His penis was erect, and he grabbed her arms and was trying to force plaintiff to perform oral copulation on him.”

The lawsuit does not claim that the elder Combs participated in the assault. But she says he orchestrated a “coverup” that resulted in her eventual firing from her job. And she says he bears ultimate responsibility for his son’s actions because he chartered the yacht.

“Defendant S. Combs fostered and encouraged an environment of debauchery,” O’Marcaigh’s attorneys write. “He intentionally created an unsafe environment that gave license to [Christian] to believe that he was free to sexually assault plaintiff.”

A representative for Sean Combs did not immediately return a request for comment.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones struggled to serve Cuba Gooding Jr. with legal papers after naming the actor as a defendant in a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy . According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Jones asked for a 60-day extension to serve Gooding after several failed attempts.

Tyrone Blackburn, the attorney representing Jones, claimed Gooding dodged service of process in multiple cases. Jones tried to serve Gooding at properties in California and New York to no avail. Jones never attempted to serve in Gooding in Florida because the actor allegedly lived out of hotels there.

Blackburn believed Gooding still resides In New York City. The lawyer also discovered tax liens on a Los Angeles property owned by Gooding. Blackburn told a New York judge he would attempt to serve Gooding at both locations again.

“The plaintiff has attempted to serve Mr. Gooding Jr. at [the New York City] location several times and he has refused to answer the door,” the attorney wrote. “The plaintiff discovered this is Mr. Gooding Jr.’s address from conducting a skip trace search, which was also confirmed through court filings … Additionally, this was his address of record for his recent criminal cases where he [pleaded] guilty for sexual assault.”

Jones accused Gooding of sexual assault in an amended version of the producer’s lawsuit against Diddy. Jones said the incident occurred on a yacht in 2023.

“According to Mr. Jones, during the introduction, [Diddy] suggested that Cuba ‘get to know’ Mr. Jones better,” the lawsuit noted. “He then left them alone in a makeshift studio on the yacht. As evidenced by a video, of which screenshots are embedded below, Cuba Gooding Jr. began touching, groping and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders … [Jones] was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away from Mr. Gooding Jr. He rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away.”

Gooding told the PBD Podcast he was shocked to see his name included in the Diddy lawsuit. Gooding thought he was only dragged into the case based on his past legal issues and described Diddy as an acquaintance.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is dad to 7: Here’s what to know about his kids

Sean “Diddy” Combs is the father of seven children: sons Quincy, Justin, Christian, and daughters Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and baby daughter Love, born in 2022 .

His children range in age from 1 to 33 years old.

Diddy shared Jessie, D’Lila, Christian and Quincy with their mother, the late  Kim Porter, who died in 2018 from a lung infection .

Justin Dior Combs is the son of Diddy and stylist Misa Hylton; Chance's mom is businesswoman Sarah Chapman, and he shares baby Love Sean Combs with model Dana Tran.

Combs has made headlines for decades for both his own musical talent and his ability to produce the music of others. Over the past year, he has also been the subject of headlines after multiple people in his life —  including a former romantic partner, a producer and two others – accused him of sexual assault and harassment, sex trafficking, rape and physical abuse in a series of lawsuits beginning in November 2023.

On Sept. 11, 2024, Dawn Richard, a former member of the girl group Danity Kane, filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York accusing Combs of sexual assault, sexual battery, verbal abuse, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to court documents obtained by NBC News.

While the rapper and producer shared many happy images of his children over the years on social media, he has since deleted most of the images from his official Instagram account.

Read on to learn more about Combs' children.

Who are Diddy's seven children?

Diddy, back row, poses with all seven of his kids in a photo he posted on Instagram in March 2023.

"I can honestly say I'm the luckiest man in the world. I got three girls, three boys and they are really kind, great people," the rapper told People in 2017 before Love was born.

While Diddy has always been close to his older boys, he's also raved about being a girl dad to his younger daughters, including twins D’Lila Star and Jessie.

“Girls change the game,” Diddy gushed to People . “If you miss out on being a man and not having a daughter and really loving them, you missing out. Because it’s like, they teach me so much."

The never-married music star, who was raised by his single mom Janice Combs after his dad was killed in 1972, has credited his children's mothers with helping them become the people they are today.

"I’ve been truly blessed to have some great, incredible relationships that have afforded me these children by these very strong, intelligent, beautiful Black women,” he told People in 2017.

“The mothers of my children (are) my best friends. My hat goes off to them," he added.

2022 BET Awards - Arrivals

In June 2022, Diddy opened up about being a dad in the wake of Kim Porter's death when he appeared on the “ Caresha, Please ” podcast. During his time on the program, he said that his exes had previously done most of the child-rearing while he served as a “part-time father.”

“Kim and Sarah and everybody had everything held down, and then man … you know … just losing Kim, it was just like I was a full-time father,” he said at the time.

“My life is really like going crazy right now,” he added. “Going from just being on the road and stuff to like actually having to raise three girls and never … I’ve never been in this situation, and you know, I guess God gave me some karma. Hit me three times … three times. I got three girls turning 16."

Quincy Brown

Diddy's late ex Kim Porter welcomed son Quincy Brown in June 1991 with her then-boyfriend, R&B star Al B. Sure.

When Quincy Brown was a toddler, Porter began her romance with Diddy, who eventually adopted Brown, according to E! News . The former couple later welcomed four more children together.

Brown, an actor, singer and model, told People in 2017 that Diddy played many important roles in his life.

"He's a father. He's a friend. He's a teacher. He's like a therapist. You know, he's all that in one. That's kind of what makes him who he is. He's able to just conquer the world," he said.

In 2023, Brown narrated the Paramount Plus music docuseries "Family Legacy," which takes viewers behind the scenes of the lives of some of music's biggest stars.

While promoting the series in April 2023, Brown, who featured his twin sisters, D’Lila and Jessie, in the music video for his 2022 song “Face Off,” told People that he was inspired by his father's career.

“I think I’ve been a sponge, and now I do so much,” he said.

“I’m very much into the art of acting, and then there’s music. But just seeing how he’s able to handle and juggle all these things, I took that from him as my most major takeaway," he added.

Justin Dior Combs

Justn Dior Combs is the son of Diddy and stylist Misa Hylton. He was born in December 1993.

Justin Combs earned a sociology degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he played for the UCLA Bruins football team.

"First Combs male to graduate from College.. All praise to God & my parents!" he captioned a June 2016 photo of him on Instagram that showed him in his cap and gown alongside his parents.

Like his brothers, Justin Combs has followed in his father’s footsteps to start a career in entertainment, most notably on television. He appeared in season three of "Power Book II: Ghost" and hosted the 2021 TV series, "Respectfully Justin," where he interviewed famous guests.

Justin Combs told People in 2017 that his dad has always supported him, both personally and professionally.

“He’s always motivating me and pushing me to be greater. It’s crazy because it’s like my dad but also my best friend at the same time. So it’s very unique and I really appreciate it,” he said.

Christian "King" Combs

Rapper Christian "King" Combs is the son of Kim Porter and Diddy. The former couple welcomed him in April 1998.

King Combs launched his music career with the release of a 2019 EP called "Cyncerely, C3." In 2022, he collaborated with Kodak Black to release the song "Can’t Stop Won’t Stop," which reached the No. 1 spot on  Mediabase’s Urban Radio chart. The song went on to be nominated for a best collaboration award at the 2023 BET Awards.

2023 MTV Video Music Awards - Show

King Combs has been candid about how much he admires his father as a person and an artist. "We joke around with each other but at the same time I have a super high level of respect for him." he told People in 2017.

The young rapper and his famous father performed together onstage at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Festival at T-Mobile Arena on September 24, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On April 4, 2024, a woman filed a lawsuit against King Combs in Los Angeles, claiming that he sexually assaulted her in December 2022 while she was working on a yacht.

Plaintiff Grace O’Marcaigh claims in the lawsuit that King Combs was aggressive with her and groped her, according to NBC News .

Diddy, who chartered the yacht, is also named in the lawsuit and is accused of aiding his son in the alleged assault, NBC News reported.

A lawyer for the father and son called the lawsuit “lewd and meritless” at the time it was filed.

Chance Combs

Diddy welcomed his first daughter, Chance Combs, with businesswoman Sarah Chapman in July 2006.

Chance Combs and her sisters, twins D'Lila Combs and Jesse Combs, earned praise during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 when they donated beauty and skincare products to a Alexandria House  in Los Angeles, which offers temporary housing for women and children moving from emergency shelters into permanent living.

"Last year and going into this year has been difficult for so many. We know how truly blessed we are, and our parents have taught us the importance of helping others,” the three sisters told People in a statement. “It’s something that we’ve made a goal for ourselves as we start to make our own decisions and find our paths as young women.”

Chance Combs stepped out with her famous father to the 2022 Academy Awards.

During a red-carpet interview with Laverne Cox, which was published in a video by E! News , the proud hitmaker gushed to his daughter, "I am speechless. Baby, you look beautiful So beautiful."

During the pair's interview, Chance Combs revealed she was "an aspiring actress."

When Cox asked who she dreamed of one day working with, the teen answered quickly. “Zendaya is one of my biggest inspirations and someone that I really want to work with in the future,” she said.

D’Lila Combs and Jessie Combs

HollyRod 2023 DesignCare Gala

Diddy welcomed twins D’Lila Combs and Jessie Combs with Kim Porter in December 2006.

In August 2021, the proud dad shared a video on Facebook showing the twins and their older sister Chance Combs posing in a Vanity Fair photoshoot with him.

"I’m so proud of my Queens. They did such a great job on the Vanity Fair shoot. I’m so proud of you girls!! You all look simply regal, majestic, beautiful & strong. Words can’t even explain!" Diddy wrote in his caption.

"I’m one of the luckiest men in the world!!" he added.

The twins's popular Instagram account  and  TikTok account feature photos of them posing in matching outfits.

Love Sean Combs

Love Sean Combs is the latest addition to the Combs family. Her mother is model Dana Tran, according to People.

Diddy announced baby Love's arrival on Dec. 10, 2022.

“I’m so blessed to welcome my baby girl Love Sean Combs to the world,” he  wrote on Twitter . “Mama Combs, Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and myself all love you so much! God is the Greatest!”

Love has appeared in cute videos on her father's Instagram page, as well as in photos and videos on her siblings ' Instagram accounts.

Diddy's oldest son, Quincy Brown, told People in April 2023 that Love's arrival had been "incredible" for the family.

“It’s a beautiful thing to see life in front of you,” said Brown. “Especially at the age that I’m at. It’s not like being 10 or 15 and seeing a baby.”

“Now I got baby fever,” he jokingly added.
