Interior Design & Engineering
ACTA exudes a sense of elegance and tradition through her rich and classical design, instantly transcending you back in time. Designed by Joanne Lockhart from Yacht Next, her interiors are finished with touches of black walnut, myrtle burl and eucalyptus which are complemented by the use of rich fabrics and contemporary-styled furniture.
In the main foyer there is a spectacular four-person circular elevator, made from a monolithic pane of glass framed in polished stainless, making ACTA suitable for multigenerational charters. The dining salon offers spectacular panoramic views with a custom starburst mahogany table that easily extends to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Above the dining salon, ACTA has a club lounge, complete with large windows, a high-back settee and a bar, providing a place to relax and admire the view.
ACTA yacht accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins. The full-beam owner’s stateroom is bright, radiant and the epitome of luxurious comfort. This room has a considerable interior volume and basks in natural light through the expanses of windows. It comes complete with a dedicated his and hers bathroom, a walk-in shower, dressing rooms and wardrobes along with private shaded aft deck that is home to a dining area and Jacuzzi.
The remainder of guest accommodation is accessed through a stunning foyer on the lower deck opening into the four spacious cabins, consisting of two queens and two twins, all with large ensuites.
Unique to a yacht of her size, ACTA yacht has been designed with a shallow draft enabling her to cruise around the Bahamas with ease and Quantum Marine zero speed stabilisers ensure complete comfort at anchor.

Onboard ACTA there is no shortage of space to enjoy views and the sun with a range of outdoor areas suitable for every occasion.
The sun deck holds a 20’ tender and has cantilevered wing platforms on both sides. This deck area can also be utilised as a spacious guest area for sunbathing or stargazing at night.
On the bridge deck there is a small alfresco dining area, surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a light lunch while basking in the sun and views.
The main deck aft serves as the primary al fresco dining area with comfortable table seating available for ten guests. A settee, small table and two chairs provide additional seating options. With staircases on the port and starboard sides, this provides direct access to the recreation platform and serves as a launch pad for her range of toys.

EXTERIOR Across three levels ACTA offers spacious decks with plenty of choice for sunbathing, dining al fresco and relaxing. The main deck aft offers a 10-person dining setting at a beautifully curved gloss wood table and designer slatted chairs. There is also a smaller cosy dinette further aft between the 2 sets of stairs leading down to the swim platform. The private master deck leads directly from the master suite offering a lovely circular jacuzzi, sofa area and sun loungers.
On the bridge deck an alternative dining setting is shaded by the sun deck overhang and a row of moveable sun beds offer flexible space. The flybridge hosts a helm station and cosy little lounge area for guests to hang out with the captain.
INTERIOR The main salon is accessed from the main deck aft and presents in a beautiful blend of marble tiles, gloss wood panelling and cabinetry and designer furnishings. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower deck cabins. Amidships is the opulent main deck foyer with another spiral staircase leading to the upper decks and a stunning elevator to all levels. Forward on the main deck is the formal dining salon with huge dining table, panelling and surrounding windows.

The master stateroom is placed on its own deck and has a lovely aft facing bedroom, leading onto the private deck, a cosy lounge, walk through closet and luxurious his and hers bathrooms. Forward on the owners deck is a separate ‘club lounge’.
The additional guest accommodation is on the lower deck.

Her $6.9-million refit in 2020 brought many upgrades to her already awe-inspiring interior as well as mechanical updates. Her shallow draft allows her to safely cruise the waters of The Bahamas and her Quantum Zero Speed Stabilizers promise a comfortable journey for all guests onboard. ACTA’s striking design elements showcase the dedication and attention to detail put into her build, from the signature “F” on her bow to the large vertical windows and stacked decks.
