HARBORVIEW ROOM Step into our Harborview Room and you’ll be immersed in classic, Newport elegance. Aptly named for its abundant views of Newport Harbor, the Harborview Room will comfortably seat up to 40 guests. The Harborview Room also boasts a private, cocktail deck directly overlooking the Harbor – an ideal spot for socializing with your guests before your event. To view the space, click here.

THE YACHT CLUB The Mooring’s roots as the original New York Yacht Club are best realized in this semi-private dining room that takes full advantage of it’s nautical heritage. The perfect space for up to 28 guests, our Yacht Club room features a cozy fireplace for a memorable setting complete with seaside views in a bright and welcoming space. . SUNSET PATIO One of the most sought after Newport waterfront experiences can be yours for your upcoming event. Our three-season Sunset Patio offers unobstructed views of Newport Harbor and a wealth of sailboats and marine life. The perfect spot for a large gathering or reception, the Patio can seat up to 80 comfortably or 110 for a cocktail reception. To view the space, click here.

As a guest of the Newport Yacht Club you will have access to the clubhouse, free wireless Internet, indoor and outdoor lounges and electric hookup for 30 and 50 amp in addition to many other gracious accommodations. If you are not looking to stray too far from the Yacht Club, the Clubhouse has a full bar and pub and seasonal grill nights that all visitors are welcome to.

The location of the Newport Yacht Club is ideal for taking quick day trips to the historic and beautiful Block Island. If you wish to stay within Newport, you can take a stroll down the bustling Thames Street to explore Newport’s famed waterfront. For those making extended stays in Newport, Thames Street is where you will find many of the hotels, shops, bars and restaurants.

Not only is Newport a city known for their extensive boating culture, but it is also known worldwide for the breathtaking “Newport Mansions."
