Money's worth and then some ~

On November 16th the crew of the Aolani took us out for four hours to engage in the at-sea memorial for my mother. We couldn't have asked for more with the professionalism of the crew as well as the refinement of the vessel and comfort of the trip. The name of the boat "cloud from heaven" was very fitting for the event as well. Thank you Lindsay, Bruno and crew!

Just celebrated a team building event on the beautiful Aolani and WOW, we couldn't have asked for a better scenario. The captain was amazing, the catamaran was the nicest one I have ever been on (and I used to live in Hawaii) and the weather was superb. I for one plan to throw any upcoming celebration I have on the Aolani, it's the perfect place to enjoy our beautiful city of San Diego.

In August we celebrated our anniversay on the Aolani with 45 family members and friends. It was a beautiful cruise, most comfortable and stable as we sailed and motored our way through San Diego Bay, while enjoying a delicious catered dinner. I booked Aolani for a business event for approx. 15 guests. I am not from the area, so was, of course, leery of booking without meeting the coordinators/owners first. They were wonderful to deal with over the phone and email, so that made me feel more at ease. We arrived, they had all of our food and drinks set up. The captain gave a brief safety speech and we were on our way. The captain was very knowledgeable about everything we passed (Navy base, Harbor, buildings, etc). The two servers Lindsay and Lizzie were great....anything we asked for, they accomodated. I would recommend Aolani 100%.

We had 40 corporate clients and prospects join us for this cruise and everyone had a fabulous time. Venue Without Catering

Rental includes $1000/hour for 3 hours of event time. (Price is for boat charter only and includes all taxes & fees. Food, bevs & gratuity are in addition to charter rate.)

Aolani Catamarans has regular vendors familiar with catering on a boat. Prices range - on average - between $15/person - $100/person. They can work with 3rd party vendors - additional fees apply based on group size.

Venue & Catering (Buffet)

Easy & affordable lite grazing finger foods. Small sandwiches, charcuterie, fruit, veggies, Mediterranean sampler, sweet treats.

Price per person: $15.00

Minimum budget required to spend: $200.00

Hawaiian, Mexican, Italian & Mediterranean options. Hearty meals from start to finish. Pricing variable to food ordered, but generally less than $50/person.

Price per person: $50.00

Minimum budget required to spend: $250.00

Pre-set menus or can customize according to preferences. Generally, "fancy finger foods" for a heavy hors d'oeuvre menu to make a meal - or fully composed meals. Pricing variable to food ordered, but generally less than $75/person.

San diego's first private charter catamaran.

We are a private charter sailing catamaran in San Diego, CA that is Coast Guard certified for up to 48 guests. We host private events of all types, have various catering options, a very friendly crew, and would love to take you sailing! 

Because we are private charter, we host various events whether it be a Corporate Event, Holiday Party, Team Building sail, Birthday, Hospitality Suite, Wedding, and more. We have a two hour minimum, various catering options, and a great crew. 

We are located at the Sheraton Harbor Island Marina, 1380 Harbor Island Drive - directly across from the San Diego International Airport. Guests load onto the catamaran at this location, however we are able to pickup you and your group from various locations/docks around San Diego (Marriott Marina downtown, Coronado Yacht Club, Peohe's Dock Coronado, etc)

San Diego's first private charter sailing catamaran , available for private events for any occassion. Whether your Wedding Ceremony, Rehearsal Dinner, Bachelorette Party or beyond - this family business is celebrating its 16th year in business .

Coast Guard certified for up to 48 guests , we host events of every kind but specialize in Wedding Ceremonies, Rehersal Dinners, tasteful Bachelorette Parties, etc! We are a unique venue available for your special day. We rent for a minimum of 2 hours, and sail along downtown San Diego, the numerous sights and sounds of the bay, various sea life, or wherever you wish to set sail. You are our priority!

We have an exterior wrap around deck with 365 views , as well as an interior space, large enough for 30 guests to mingle in luxury in a covered and carpeted interior. We have 2 bathrooms onboard, and 4 staterooms - one of which can be available for a bridal suite so the bride can get ready if she wishes.

We are a catamaran so we have two hulls, making it a stable experience versus a regular sailboat that bounces over waves. We slice through waves because of our two hulls, making it a calm and wonderful experience.
