Flexible Cancellations:

Change of plans? No problem. You can cancel or reschedule your Seaduction Tenerife voyage for free up to 4 days before departure. Just email us at [email protected] .

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

If you cancel within 4 days of your trip, don’t show up, or are late without notifying us, the deposit is non-refundable to cover preparations made in anticipation of your trip. Cancel between 2-4 days ahead, and the deposit is retained. Cancel 24-48 hours before, and it’s the deposit plus a 75€ per hour fine. Less than 24 hours or a no-show? If you’re late, it cuts into your trip time. If we’re delayed for reasons beyond your control, we’ll extend your outing accordingly. Let us know of any allergies or dietary preferences in your booking notes.

Seasickness:

While we aim for smooth sailing, seasickness won’t merit a refund, especially if it requires itinerary changes.
