Offering a casual atmosphere, a snack style menu and a wide array of hot and cold beverages, the Bommie Deck is the perfect place to sit back, relax and soak up the elements and ambience of the Whitsundays.

• Please note that the Bommie Restaurant does not cater for children under 12.

Those fortunate enough to find themselves on picturesque Hamilton Island take time to experience dining at Bommie restaurant. Residing within Hamilton Island Yacht Club, Bommie boasts a prime waterfront location, offering a contemporary space styled with geometric-shaped tables set with sparkling glassware, high ceilings and ambient lighting, setting a moody tone. An ideal venue to celebrate a special occasion in the private dining room or simply for a decadent night out, indulge in a Modern Australian menu created by Head Chef Alice James, designed to excite the palate. Dishes may present as starters of kangaroo tartare, fennel seed lavash, caper, chilli, mustard emulsion and horseradish, followed by duo of duck – housemade tortellini, goats’ chèvre, cavolo nero, pistachio and jus gras.

Brilliant contemporary dining Wonderful meal in a great setting attentive service

Entrées and Mains very great! Very good wine selection. Desserts were a let down: all the ones we tried were too sweet... The place looked great though and it was a very good experience overall.

Note: The Hamilton Island Main Pool will be closed for works 02-16 August 2024. During this time guests will continue to have access to the pool in their own hotel or complex and the Bougainvillea Pool and Sails Pool.
