We attended an amazing wedding tonight on this private yacht. The food drinks and service were AAA. Just seeing the New York skyline in the day and then at night was simply beautiful. Being under the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges were awesome. The buildings are massive and high. We were so close to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. It was a great time.

We recently attended a dinner cruise with my firm. Employees and significant others attended. About 200 in all. The dinner buffet was good, but the views aboard the ship were phenomenal. We've done this L years and keep going back. The staff was attentive and polite and the SJ kept the crowd going. We look forward to attending another event aboard a Spirit ship.

We had an awesome experience with Atlantica! The food was absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere was fun and energetic while still being toned down enough for our 6month old daughter. The staff was very professional. The top observation deck was a killer photo opportunity. Overall great experience. TIP: Later in the day the Hudson gets choppy and the boat moves a good bit. If you get motion sickness you will definitely want to take some Dramamine.

Perfect for weddings, company parties, or events for groups between 80-200 people. Solid yacht to celebrate with bros, fam, & ma'ams. Not the fanciest boat, but it will get the job done if you're just looking for fun on the Hudson for a decent group of people.

I enjoyed a sunset cruise on the Atlantica on a recent trip to New York. This is a private charter boat used for corporate functions or weddings/parties. I guess I could look up the prices online, but for 125 people with open bar and apps I am sure it cost a small fortune. The boat itself is smaller than the other ones at the pier and is showing a little more wear. Nonetheless you are there for the scenery so it is perfectly fine for a business event like I attended. The Captain greets everyone as they enter and staff is always there to lend a hand. The bartenders are great and the passed hors d'oeuvre platters were quite tasty. I liked the cheesey polenta balls the best. Speaking of cheese - they had huge cheese and fruit trays that were outstanding. The view from the deck is amazing and I enjoyed the view of the city both at dusk and then night time. You go all the way from Chelsea Pier to the Statue of Liberty and back. It is a 2:00 hr cruise or so, which includes boarding time. The ride was smooth and the boat didn't have that rocking back and forth feeling. Getting on and off is easy and they did registration in an efficient manner. I really liked the boat ride and appreciate the conference sponsor footing the bill for this wonderful experience!

Went on this cruise as part of an event during December. The disadvantage of going during the colder months is that you really can't go outside to admire the view. The bathroom is small which can mean a wait for the ladies room and the food was okay, not very many options, pretty standard taste. Overall it was a nice slow ride around the city but not one you should do during the dark winter months were its hard to see outside the window/ or take photos and too cold to enjoy on the deck. We also had "entertainment" which i'm not sure if this company provided or not but the performers where not that exciting and made the time feel a little dragging. The images of the food they have posted look beautiful, but were not at all what we experienced.

I attended an amazing wedding event on 7/25/13 and every detail of every moment was beautifully executed by the staff. Everyone was so professional, courteous and efficient. I would recommend this company to any and everyone I know. I'm thoroughly impressed.

This is my company's second cruise party with the Spirit Cruise lines. Booking the Atlantica was the best choice we could have made for our event. The staff was incredible, attentive, and anticipated all our needs. All I had to do was suggest I needed something and it appeared like magic. All my guests remarked on how delicious our food was and how cozy, but spacious the venue was. From sales, to booking, to payment, to cruise, every part of this process was made simple and smooth. If you are looking for a fun and perfect evening, book this ship! Let me say that the Atlantica experience did not disappoint. We had our wedding aboard the yacht this summer and we could not have been happier. Originally I wanted an evening wedding but my husband wanted a daytime wedding so that people would be able to see the Manhattan sites and the Statue of Liberty, in all their glory. Emilie was so helpful when we were looking at various venues and options and guided us through the process along the way. I was concerned it would not be as elegant as an evening wedding. All those preconceived notions went out the window when our guests arrived on the yacht. We had our ceremony on the top deck and I want to mention that one of our guests was wheelchair bound. We were so concerned about how we would get her up and down to each of the 3 levels during everything which was going on. The Captain and crew were amazing. They lifted her up and took her to each of the levels as we moved throughout the yacht for the different events of the day. It was seamless. Jessica really made our day flow so smoothly. She was there whenever we needed her from before we even boarded the yacht and throughout the entire day. She worked well with our wedding planner and again was very accommodating, making certain we were comfortable and everything was taken care of. I would recommend using vendors from the recommended list as this really helped in many of our decisions as the Yacht as well as the Vendors have worked together and the vendors understand the layout so from the florist to the DJ to the photographer it really helped the flow. We were very lucky as the weather was wonderful but with the different levels on the yacht, if the weather had changed, we had the option to stay inside and they can accommodate a lot of guests which was great. Our guests raved about the Yacht, the service and of course the views. I would definitely recommend the Atlantica for your wedding.

We recently had our wedding on the Atlantica in September. From start to finish, we had the most wonderful experience. From the sale to the implementation of all our visions, everything was seamless. Nicole was very easy going and went above and beyond to meet our special needs. We were able to individualize our day specific to our needs. We had our ceremony on the top deck from the west side of the Hudson River at the Weehawken dock. It was fabulous. We originally envisioned our ceremony walking from the back of the boat to front, however it was the opposite direction, walking the width of the boat which made it all the better a view. We placed our DJ on the 2nd level to ensure easy access to the bar and top deck for views throughout the ceremony. All our guests just loved the event and were able to socialize and move about the boat as they pleased. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! See for yourself in the pictures from our day!

My daughter just had her wedding aboard the 'Atlantica' yacht. It was held at sunset, and was a beautiful event. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous. The cruise was fantastic against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline under a full moon. All the guests praised the wedding-they had such a good time. There was a dance floor, and we had a live band. It is a 3 tier ship-the guests dined and danced downstairs, had cocktails on the second level, and went outside on the third tier and watched the skyline go by. Thank you to everyone, including the friendly Captain, for making my daughter's wedding a beautiful lifetime memory for all who attended. I believe this event is more affordable than many other venues, and offers much, much, more in terms of space, uniqueness, and enjoyment. I would recommend Spirit Cruises, and in particular the Atlantica yacht without reservation, to anyone who is interested in an affordable, and unforgettable evening.

I have been on this cruise twice already: in August 2011 and in January 2012. I loved it every single time! The first time was in the summer with colleagues. I would say that this is the best season to go because you get to see the City in daylight, you see the sunset, and you have the night-time skyline. Both trips were great: Good service, nice food, live jazz music, candlelight and, of course, the City lights, Manhattan Bridge, the Statue of Liberty. This is a great cruise for couples, as it's very romantic. However, it is very pricey, too, so I would recommend it for a special occasion. The tour is a little more than 3 hours long, so you really get a chance to soak up the atmosphere.

We went there for our anniversary and had a great time. The food was good, not great. The attention by the staff was excellent, boat was very nice and the view was priceless. Perfect combination of romantic and fun. The night that we went it was about 25 degrees but the dining room was well heated and comfortable. If you sit next to the windows you may want to bring a wrap/cardigan. Drink menu was very good including wine, beer, cocktails, espresso and coffee drinks I was in a wheelchair and access to the boat was easy. Parking is right on the pier and covered so if it were raining that wouldn't be a problem. Definitely looking forward to going again and we live only about an hour away (assuming no traffic delays)!

“Le Bateaux” (The Boat) in English is one of the most fulfilling & seamless experiences you will ever have the pleasure of attending in New York City as far as Food, Drink, Service & Ambiance. My dining partner and I wanted to do something special the night before New Years Eve in New York City and this was a great precursor to the Ball Dropping in Times Square when Lady Gaga hits the button 1 minute to midnight. This all glass European inspired ship will amaze you at every turn. We were greeted by an array of staff looking to cater to your every whim from the minute you step onto the dock. Seated immediately we had a private table for their 3 Hour Holidays Lights Dinner Cruise around the island of Manhattan. For $119.90 per person you will feel like royalty as they bring you to your table. We had a private table facing the Island of Manhattan, the view just sitting in the dock was spectacular. We did take advantage of the Lunch Cruise during the month of July, but the Dinner Cruise surpassed this by leaps and bounds. This boat is encased in glass for spectacular views, the cobalt blue accents on the tableware go perfect with the dark woods and raw steel that decorates this vessel. Our server Don Luis was the epitome of professional and did not give us a chance to ask for anything, at one point we thought he had ESP and knew what we wanted before we did. We entered the boat to a 4 piece orchestra and a wonderful lead vocalist who sang, Jazz, Dance, Pop & Holiday songs, her voice was strong and delightful to listen to throughout the cruise. The boat is climate controlled and restrooms had a great design and very clean. You can get up and take advantage of the small dance floors if you are so inclined. We started with a Citrus Splash Drink for $3.50 it was a great way to start off the cruise if you are not looking for an alcoholic beverage. We were first served Ratatouille that was to die for, a classic dish prepared just as it is suppose to be. As an appetizer I had the Shrimp & Corn Chowder – Roasted Sweet Corn, Gulf Shrimp, Red Pepper and Potato with Fresh Cream. It was served piping hot and full of Shrimp & Potato, it was very fulling. My dining partner had the Pate De Canard - Classic Duck Pate with Cornichons, Grainy Mustard and Toast Points. The Pate was plentiful, and was more loafish then spreadable but worked nicely with the crackers and accompaniment. As an Intermezzo the chef prepared a Fresh Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella with a balsamic reduction and it was tasty. For dinner I had the Fennel and Coriander Crusted Pork Loin – With caramelized Granny Smith Apples and roasted RosemaryYukon Gold Potatoes. It was exquisite! My dining partner had the Beef Short Ribs – Syrah Braised Short Ribs with Red Skinned Smashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Gremolata. It was off the bone and delicious. Portions were just right. This dinner came with unlimited rolls, Coffee, Tea & Sweetened Ice Tea. Dessert was a Apple Bread Pudding which was the Chef’s special for the evening & my dinning partner had the Decadent Chocolate Truffle Torte – Rich two-layer moist Cake filled with a Delicate ChocolateMousse fully enrobed in a smooth Dark Chocolate Ganache, both were a wonderful way to satisfy the sweet tooth. The staff uses words like please and thank you & please which is a dying art in my book. Upon leaving the boat several staff members were serving warm cookies which was wonderful, but we were so full we could not indulge. If you tell the staff ahead of time you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or other festive occasion they will recognize this and announce it at half time. I´m divided about this review. I had a group dinner on board of Bateaux New York and things did not started well. Very delayed departure because other group arrived almost 45minutes after the schedule let me furious at the time. The food isn´t great for the price paid. In fact I really think that the quality is very low, but them the reason why I consider it very good, the view. The sunset was starting and the sun light reflecting the skyscrapers are WOW! The city viewed from the river is unique and trully beautiful. Manhatan´s skyline is amazing is just like what you see on movies and tv series. Other positive fact is the simpaty of the staff. Despite everything goes wrong and the complaints they´ll always smile at you and try harder to please. The dinner cruise is not a must do but the cruise only YES!

Having been on the Bateaux Mouche (Paris) and the Bateaux London we simply had to "do" the Bagteaux New York. It is extremely expensive but the food was excellent and the entertainment very good. The glass top gave everyone excellent views of the Manhatten and surrounding district skylines. The lights were fantastic. The Captain of the boat obviously had front and rear thrusters as every so often we would stop by a great view and "spin" on the spot so no matter where you were sitting you got to see the view.

JUSTINE YACHT

Justine is a 97 ft luxurious private charter yacht based in New York City. She hosts up to 12 guests for day and evening cruises, and can accommodate eight overnight in four staterooms. The yacht has an elegant and spacious main deck salon, full service bar, formal dining room, and fully equipped galley. There is an aft deck observation area and seating, upper deck outdoor area with lounge seating and 360 degree views, and spacious sun pad on the bow. Located throughout the yacht is a premier sound system, controllable by guests' Bluetooth device, as well as satellite HDTVs. The interior was completely rebuilt in 2010 and is continually and meticulously updated.

CALYPSO YACHT

Calypso is a 72 ft private charter yacht that can host up to 34 guests. The elegantly decorated yacht features modern minimalism design with Hemingway motif, double French doors, varnished mahogany and teak. We loved the unique choice to get married on a cruise ship in New York City, especially because you wouldn’t typically consider these for wedding venues.

These two got ready at the Innside Nomad, a unique boutique hotel in Manhattan. Since this Chelsea hotel was close to the Flatiron District , we took their first look and getting ready photos in Madison Square Park. We love wedding photography with the Flatiron Building in the background. It’s such an iconic NYC neighborhood with beautiful architecture.
