Erica Rose on Below Deck Sailing Yacht: Who is the returning charter guest?

Erica Rose returns for her second stint as a charter guest on Below Deck Sailing Yacht.

On Season 2 of the sailing show, Erica, her mom Cindy, and a group of friends boarded Parsifal III. They were a very high-maintenance group.

Chief stew Daisy Kelliher and first-officer Gary King had the best reaction to learning Erica was back for Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3. This time around, Erica and Cindy are joined by their husbands and a new crop of friends.

Gary and Daisy clearly haven’t forgotten Erica and her voice, but for those who have, here’s a little refresher on the returning charter guest.

Who is Below Deck Sailing Yacht charter guest Erica Rose?

Erica was no stranger to reality television before she debuted on Below Deck Sailing Yacht. The Bachelor fans will remember her from Season 9 featuring Prince Lorenzo Borghese. She went on to appear on Bachelor Pad Season 2 and 3.

Other reality TV shows Erica appeared on include VH1’s You’re Cut Off! And Bravo’s Married to Medicine Houston. Erica appeared on the latter with her mother, Cindy.

After her stints on reality television, Erica enrolled at the University of Houston Law Center to become a lawyer. Erica obtained her master’s degree in Entertainment Law from Southwestern Law School.

The blonde lawyer currently owns Rose Sanders Law Firm, where she works with her husband, Charles.

When did Erica and Charles get married?

Before meeting her husband Charles Sanders, Erica was engaged to another lawyer, Galen Gentry. Their whirlwind romance produced their daughter, Holland Rose Madelaine Gentry. Galen and Erica called off their engagement shortly after Holland was born in 2016.

A few months later, Erica reconnected with Charles, whom she had known since high school. The happy couple reconnected via his cousin and Bumble, according to Distractify.

Charles proposed to Erica in the fall of 2017. They were married a couple of months later. Erica and Charles welcomed their daughter, Aspen Rose Sanders, in 2018.

Erica Rose returns to Below Deck Sailing Yacht for Season 3. The blonde beauty has been promoting her stint on the hit Bravo show.

Whether fans like her or hate her, one thing is for sure. There’s never a dull moment when Erica and her friends are around.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht airs Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo.

Money can’t buy class. Her husband eats like a cow and is a complete ass. She isn’t any better.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 Cast: Where Are They Now?

Here's what happened to Daisy, Colin, Captain Glenn and the rest of the Parsifal crew.

Considering the series filmed in August 2020, viewers are curious about the whereabouts of our Sailing Yacht favorites...and, more importantly, how the cast and crew managed to film for several weeks amid lockdown. As it turns out, the location of this season was chosen intentionally. At that time, Croatia remained one of few countries in the EU to accept American tourists. In a Reddit AMA , a producer for the show also explained that maintaining safety protocols (which likely included regular Covid testing) was key in filming this season.

Here's what happened to your favorite crew members from Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2:

Colin Macrae

Colin Macrae might serve as the Chief Engineer aboard the Parsifal III, however, when it comes to the inner workings of his relationship, things aren’t as black and white. Despite gushing over his relationship with Martina Alvarez last summer, Macrae revealed that he and Martina have officially parted ways. “Unfortunately my relationship with Martina came to an end a couple of months ago,” Colin captioned his most recent YouTube video . Although his romance is no more, Colin remains optimistic for what’s to come as he embarks on a “fresh start” in none other than Panama. Colin has also continued his efforts in creating content online documenting his many adventures in Linton Bay, Panama , where he’s resided over the course of the last few months.

Glenn Shephard

Captain Glenn Shephard is back and better than ever! The sailboat captain may only have 2 seasons of Below Deck under his belt, but his 20 years of experience certainly make him a notable addition to the Bravo family. Since his summer in Croatia last year, Gl enn has since moved to Spain , which Shephard has deemed his new “happy place.” While becoming a Bravo-lebrity can go to one’s head, Glenn has remained modest when it comes to his newfound fame. The star now offers Zoom sessions with fans of the show, where he dishes on behind-the-scenes details all while sipping cocktails on the Spanish coast.

First Officer Gary King walked away from his very first season on Below Deck Sailing Yacht feeling nothing but grateful. “Reminiscing about the last 6 weeks that have just flown by. I learned lessons that I’ll carry for life,” Gary wrote on Instagram . While fans have been rooting for him and fellow stewardess, Alli Dore to set sails on a possible romance, it appears as King has been flying solo since the series ended. After traveling about to a number of stunning locations, including Mallorca, Spain, Gary returned home to South Africa just in time for Christmas. The Bravo star has since remained in his home country, occupying himself with a series of visits to the golf range and a new passion for landscape photography and cooking.

Natasha De Bourg

The Michelin-star chef has been tuning in this season from her home in the Bahamas, and, well, she hasn't taken to it favorably. The star has posted a series of pics on her Instagram detailing her frustrations with herself on the show, claiming that she is “human and humans are imperfect.” Luckily for Natasha, her friendship with both Dani and Alli has blossomed immensely since wrapping up, and the two have been a huge support for Natasha as she cruises through these waves of criticism.

Daisy Kelliher

Being the Chief Stewardess on any yacht is no easy feat, and Daisy Kelliher is certainly feeling the burn. Following her time at sea in Croatia, Daisy, unfortunately, broke her wrist and found herself back home with mom and dad in Ireland . During lockdown, Daisy accepted a job in Antigua two months later, however, due to the current situation, her efforts at finding adventure fell flat. “I had completely lost myself,” Daisy captioned her photo on Instagram , revealing she began pushing friends away and entered a dark space. Luckily for the Below Deck star, she feels like herself again and is set to start a new job. During a live chat, Daisy revealed to co-star, Sydney Zaruba that she is most likely headed back to Europe, although she’s left much of what she’ll be doing a mystery.

Dani Soares

Dani Soares soared to being a fan favorite this current season and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. Soares, who reigns all the way from Brazil, has gone on to make quite a name for herself since her summer in Croatia. The star currently resides in Sydney, Australia where she is expecting her very first child. Dani revealed the news on social media back in April, however, both her due date and daddy status remain unknown. Although fans have inquired who the father is, Soares made it clear that it isn’t “anybody’s business.” As she embarks on her journey towards motherhood, Dani is currently working as a beauty therapist in the land down under all while taking in her recent rise to fame.

Alli Dore is the third stewardess to join the hit Bravo series, and boy are we glad she did. After wrapping up her summer in Croatia, Alli returned home to Australia, where she was born and raised. Her love for boating didn’t stop when the summer did, as she went on to spend her time in the Whitsundays Islands. As for Alli’s personal life, the star made an appearance on the Unpopular podcast where she revealed that she is pansexual. [I am] “attracted to people’s aura,” she revealed. Alli has gone on to start her very own IGTV series called Pita Party , which she stars in alongside Sailing Yacht co-stars, Daisy and Dani.

Sydney Zaruba

Sydney Zaruba found herself in quite the love triangle last summer in Croatia, but today, she is all about keeping her inner circle small. Sydney, who was born and raised in Florida, moved on over to the stunning island of Mallorca, Spain where she currently works on a 42-meter sailing yacht! This is nothing new for Sydney; considering her experience on Below Deck and, of course, her long history of sailing with her family. In addition to being at sea, Sydney decided to become a travel agent with Explorateur Travel. While the cast of Sailing Yacht has gone their separate ways since the summer ended, Sydney still managed to bump into none other than Captain Glenn on the streets of Palma.

Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux

Jean-Luc may be the youngest Below Deck crew member but he certainly makes up for it in height? Following his summer working on the Parsifal III, Jean-Luc traveled to Mallorca, Spain, an idea many of his co-stars had as well. Shortly after, the 25-year-old made his way on over to Costa Rica , which he’s called home for the last several months. Despite the remarkable views, Jean-Luc is entering some rocky waters as a plethora of rumors have surfaced questioning his role in Dani Soares’ pregnancy. Not only have fans been flooding his social media with questions concerning whether he’s the father or not, but fellow charter guest, Barrie Drewitt-Barlow also went on to add fuel to the fire. In an Instagram video posted back in April, Barrie claimed that Jean-Luc “was too busy getting the other one [Dani] pregnant … He’s gonna be a daddy,” he said. While Dani laughed off the comment, Jean-Luc has yet to address the rumors.

Should you wake a sleeping chef? That’s a question Below Deck Mediterranean second stew Elena “Ellie” Dubaich had to ask herself during the Season 9 premiere. When Dubaich requested a variety of experiences during her service, she was thrilled initially when chief stew Aesha Scott listened and assigned her to the late-night shift when she would be the sole person attending to the charter guests. A very hectic first day on the charter had the interior team scrambling to provide the best experience possible for the group with sparse provisions available. Unaware of the chaos, the charter guests—who all happen to be young influencers—are partying with no signs of slowing down when Scott is heading down to her cabin for the night. Concerned, Scott speaks to Dubaich.

“Are you gonna be okay?” asks Aesha with some trepidation in her voice. “I just need a nap,” replies Dubaich honestly. “Mentally and emotionally, I’m fine.” While clearly nervous for her second stew, Scott chooses to let her handle the late shift alone. “I want to trust Ellie,” says Scott to the camera in her confessional. “I have to be up early, watch out for [third stew] Bri [Mueller], and set up for breakfast.” As we see the charter guests continuing to drink and take photos and videos for social media, Scott leaves Dubaich upstairs to deal.” Ellie said she wanted more experience on service…so here you go,” says Scott with a laugh in her confessional. “Trial by fire!”

As Dubaich brings up a pitcher of margaritas to the partying guests at 12:20AM, one of them inquires: “Would it be possible to ask for late night munchies?” The group puts in their orders for grilled cheese, Mac n’ cheese, and a “big plate of nachos,” and Dubiach looks overwhelmed but determined. She heads down to Chef Johnathan “Jono” Shillingford’s cabin and knocks on the door. In her confessional, Ellie says to the camera: “On the boats I’ve worked on previously, I never really had to provide food for drunk people.” “I feel overwhelmed. I need help.”

Hearing no response, Dubaich opens the door and pokes her head in. “Cheffy, they”ve ordered food,” says Dubaich to the stirring Chef Jono. “It’s just too much food for me to make.” As Chef Jono shrugs, Dubiach says,”I’ll help you, we’ll do it together.” “Mm-mmm, I don’t think so,” replies Chef Jono. Realizing she’s on her own, Dubaich tells him: “I’ll just make them grilled cheese and tell them this is what we have.” Frustrated, Dubiach walks into the galley as deckhand Gael Cameron readies the hot tub for the guests on deck. The group immediately starts asking Cameron for vodka shots, mojitos and Moscow mules. Cameron radios their requests to Dubiach as she frantically searches for salsa in the refrigerator.

Overwhelmed, Dubiach heads back upstairs at 1:03AM to tell the charter guests the deal. “Okay, what I’ve got on the menu is only grilled cheese.” Disappointed, one of the guests asks for an update on the mojitos. “I’m the only person working on food and drinks so I’m doing my best,” replies Dubiach and heads back inside. Seeing her fellow yachtie stressed, Cameron follows her and offers to help make the food. “One grilled cheese?” asks Cameron. “No, they all want grilled cheeses so 7 grilled cheeses,” says Dubiach incredulously. As Cameron goes downstairs to the gallery at 1:27AM, Dubaich googles how to make a mojito. “I don’t think I should take the responsibility for making food,” says Dubiach to herself.

As Cameron hopelessly searches for butter, Dubiach bounds down the stairs to try one more time to wake up Chef Jono. In her confessional, Dubiach vents: “It’s not my responsibility to make meals for the guests. Not only am I not able to provide cocktails for the guests, but I’m also looking like I’m not able to manage guests.” “Chef Jono’s selfish behavior is making me look bad,” continues Dubiach. Back at Chef Jono’s cabin, Dubiach collects herself and heads inside. “Look, the only reason I came back is because this is going to be a problem,” says Dubiach. “I don’t want you to do this to yourself.” As Chef Jono turns over, the episode ends. So, viewers are left with this question: did Dubiach do the right thing by trying to wake Chef Jono up or should she have just let him sleep and dealt with the guests as best she could?

It’s a “tricky” question, according to Scott. “For me with my experience, you do wake up the chef,” says Scott. “It’s not the stew’s responsibility to be making food.” Scott sagely points out: “If Ellie wasn’t running around having to make food, then she would’ve been able to keep on top of the drink orders and not been so stressed and so behind.” After screening the episode herself, Scott admits it was “frustrating to watch.” “A galley is so different from a kitchen at home,” notes Scott. “I wouldn’t know how to go into the galley and make up some nachos.” While Scott does acknowledge that “every boat is different,” she herself has “always woken the chef up.”

While Scott believes it’s a boat-to-boat policy, Captain Sandy Yawn thinks otherwise. “No,” says Captain Sandy. “You never wake up the chef.” Wisely, Captain Yawn observes when it’s after midnight, guests are usually “just intoxicated and want to eat.” “The right move is just pull out the panini maker.” Though, she chooses to look at the incident as a learning experience for both Dubiach and Chef Jono instead of something that needs any disciplinary action. “The chef usually prepares something for the stews to put in the oven and warm up,” explains Captain Sandy. “He just didn’t have the experience at that point [to know that].” Captain Sandy also knows that “Elena did what she thought was right.” “Elena will know not to wake him up again,” says Captain Sandy firmly.

So, should you wake a sleeping chef? After listening to both Scott and Captain Sandy’s answers, we have to admit we are still torn. However, what the Captain says, usually goes.

Charter guest Bianca Natalia from  Below Deck Sailing Yacht   is quite a character and we've gathered some interesting facts about her life. On the show, she got into a fight with her friend while the crew ( who also have frequent clashes ) listened intently. She didn't seem to care about making a scene on camera. Bianca Natalia has made an impact on the series. However, that impact isn't positive, as she does get dragged by Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans.

There are two reasons why Below Deck Sailing Yacht viewers have issues with Bianca. The first reason is that she thought that wearing a Trump bikini was a good idea. The second reason is that she made a controversial statement. Her fellow guests weren't amused, including Erica Rose and Jess Cimato. They expressed concern, saying that such viewpoints can cause real harm to others and make Bianca look privileged and prejudiced. After Dani heard this (along with the unwelcome news that Jean-Luc might have given her chlamydia), she said that she wanted to quit her job. She said the guests would have to do without her esthetician skills. Bianca told them they were jealous because she was prettier than them. Jess thought this was nonsense. She told Bianca to shape up on the Parsifal III, rather than remaining oblivious. The  reality TV alum Jess has experience dealing with difficult people.

Viewers have been asking why Bianca is tagging along on Erica's journey and wondering how she became part of their friend group. That group is experiencing some turbulence. The women don't seem to get along. Fans of the show note that it's almost as if she and the other women are trying to build their reality television credibility by showing the world that they bring the drama. Erica has been on reality TV before. Other Below Deck franchise cast members, current and former, have noticed the same thing. They've posted to the Below Deck Instagram to voice their opinions. Bianca has wisely stayed off social media following the airing of this episode. She hasn't commented on the edit she received from the Below Deck Sailing Yacht  production team. So far, she's kept quiet, unlike the Drewitt-Barlows, who spoke out when their episodes showed their family drama and aired their dirty laundry. Perhaps Bianca realizes that the things she did on the show aren't conducive to building a successful career as a social media influencer or potential reality TV candidate.

Dani admits that the fight she overheard, plus the stress of Jean-Luc having a possible STD, pushed her to the breaking point. She needs to take care of herself before she can take care of the guests, especially in light of her announcement that she is expecting. She has already announced her baby's gender .

Bianca has not been the worst  Below Deck Sailing Yacht guest   but she has been an explosive presence on the series. She needs to figure out how to get along with her friends. The crew is certainly fed up but most crew members are amused by the goings-on. Viewers are along for the ride.

Over the years, Bravo viewers have seen Below Deck Mediterranean cast members come and go — but not before they brought the drama to the small screen .

The spinoff series, which premiered in 2016 , seemingly found a permanent crew member in chief stew Hannah Ferrier . The Australia native appeared in five seasons of the hit reality series before her feud with Captain Sandy Yawn reached a boiling point.

After bosun Malia White reported her roommate for having Valium and a CBD vape pen in her cabin , Sandy fired Hannah. The controversial decision led to a back and forth between the former coworkers when cameras were no longer rolling.

“I sometimes feel with [Sandy] … that she’s not honest with herself. Like she says, like, ‘Oh, it wasn’t personal,’ like,​​ the firing. I was like, ‘It’s kind of funny because Kat [Held] had prescription meds that Captain Lee had found out about and she didn’t get fired,'” Hannah exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2021 about where the duo stands now. “There wasn’t a need to fire me for that. It was a hundred percent personal, but I guess whatever helps you sleep at night.”

Following his shocking exit due to an injury, the second stew briefly kept in touch with charter guest Frank before calling it quits. As season 7 aired on Bravo, Kyle announced on social media that he was engaged to boyfriend Zachary Riley. "Zachary & I are officially engaged and to my universe I want to thank you for loving me unconditionally, desirably and with full intent to be my forever and always," he wrote via Instagram in November 2022. "We have walked a rocky but loving road, you have made my heart full and I found home in not materialistic things but in my soul you have your place!"

Jessica appeared on season 5 of Below Deck Mediterranean . During her time as the third stewardess, she struck up a boatmance with Rob Westergaard . The twosome parted ways after a romantic trip to Bali following their charter. Jessica returned to Florida where she appeared to keep working on yachts, according to her social media. She announced in July 2022 that she is pregnant with her first child . 

She welcomed her daughter in October 2022.

Hindrigo 'Kiko' Lorran

After Captain Sandy fired Kiko in season 5, the chef continued to cook and travel the world. In July 2022, the former Bravo personality announced his engagement to girlfriend Nicole Skwara .

"I really love this chapter of my life! And now I hope to build and share more and more with you. I love you so much @nicole.skwara , I will try to make you happy forever ❤️💍👸," he wrote via Instagram.

After pulling double duty as a third stew and a chef, Anastasia stayed in the Bravo franchise as a cast member on Below Deck Galley Talk alongside Alex Radcliffe . The Georgia native also helped cofound Ocean International Training Academy with her former chief stew Hannah. 

In March 2022, Surmava got engaged to Will Higginson . They tied the knot four months later and welcomed their first child one year later.

Brooke joined season 3 of Below Deck: Mediterranean as the second stewardess on the Talisman Maiton superyacht in 2018. She had a romance with Joao Franco both on and off the ship but split before the reunion special taped. The yachtie founded the Nauti Yachtie Coach, which trains crews , in July 2020 while living in Dubai. She cofounded Acclaimed Casting in January 2021. Brooke became Instagram official with a Dutch man named Ingmar in January 2020. The duo got engaged in July 2021 while in Italy.

The chef served up drama for two seasons on Below Deck Mediterranean and spent time traveling the U.S. with his dog, Tex, after bowing out of the reality series in 2018. "I drove across the country five times. I've just been cooking outdoors over a campfire, really kind of dialing in what makes me happy as a chef," he told Bravo's Daily Dish in February 2020 before returning for the first season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht .

Hannah was fired during an August 2020 episode of Below Deck Mediterranean after being reported by a fellow deckhand for having Valium on board. The Australian announced in June 2020 that she was expecting her first child with then-boyfriend Josh Roberts . The pair welcomed their daughter, Ava, in October of that year and announced their engagement the following month. They tied the knot in March 2022.

Before joining the Below Deck Med crew on the fifth season, the South African sailor already had six years of yachting experience to her name. After Hannah's dramatic exit, Bugsy received a promotion to chief stew.

Malia joined the Wellington yacht crew on season 5 of Below Deck Med , where she fell in love with chef Tom Checketts . In September 2020, White confirmed via Instagram that she and her costar had called it quits after more than a year together. She later started dating offscreen crew member Jake Baker but they ultimately called it quits.

“Below Deck Mediterranean” season 9 cast on that premiere sailing disaster: 'I was so f---ing angry'

Chief steward Aesha Scott says cameras didn't capture her bursting in tears because of the provisioning screwup: "I was so shocked."

Below Deck Mediterranean kicked off season 9 with a drama-packed first episode, but this time the chaos didn't come from the crew or passengers.

Hours into their first charter on "My Big Fat Greek Yacht Emergency," the crew of M/Y Mustique were left without some of the most important provisions, including a bevy of wine that was very high on the guests' list.

Chief steward Aesha Scott tells Entertainment Weekly the provisions delay was a first for her.

"It's literally never happened to me before. That's why I was so shocked," Scott said, "And it's a reputable company in most places. I think it's just the Greece branch obviously wasn't very good. But yeah, never had that happen and that was easily the most stressed I've ever been in all of my work life." Adding, "We changed the provisioners after that, definitely."

Captain Sandy Yawn admits that in all her years in yachting, she's never experienced a provisioner dropping the ball like they did during that first charter. Hours into dinner service and the complete list of provisions still had not arrived.

"It's pretty shocking when you think about it," she says. "Typically that doesn't happen. Never see it. They're really good in the yachting industry. Provisioners are really on it. Maybe they had a really busy season. I don't know. But you know what I love? We managed, right? So we were given lemons and Aesha made wine."

Scott may have kept a calm exterior, but she reveals that she broke down off camera.

"When that happened, I was so f---ing angry because this season when I came in, I very unusually managed to have a really good sleep the night before. I had spent days and days and days combing over all of my lists and my orders and everything. I was so prepared, I was ready to just rock the socks off this whole experience," she says.

But then, "For reasons outside of my control, I was just so derailed and it made me so upset and I was so stressed out," Scott says. "And yeah, the provision company just, I guess lost a sheet or messed up an order. I don't know what happened, but every time I looked at my phone it was like delayed, delayed, delayed. And they don't show it. But at one point I was walking through the dining room and I got a message on my phone being like, it's delayed another four hours. And I just stood there and I just burst into tears and just cried my eyes out for 30 seconds. I was just so stressed. How do you start a charter when they don't even have everything?"

Despite appearing to be a little steamed on the show, the guests were gracious about the mixup. "It was unfair to them, who were paying so much money," Scott says.

Below Deck Mediterranean  airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.

After a multi-hour outage that took place in the early hours of the morning, OpenAI's ChatGPT chatbot went down again — but this time, it wasn't the only AI provider affected. On Tuesday morning, both Anthropic's Claude and Perplexity began seeing issues, too, but these were more quickly resolved. It's unusual for three major AI providers to all be down at the same time, which could signal a broader infrastructure issue or internet-scale problem, such as those that affect multiple social media sites simultaneously, for example.
