Founded over ten years ago by a family recognised for its passion and nautical professionalism, Arthaud Yachting is today composed of a team of nautical professionals who are passionate about boats, and have a perfect knowledge of the yachting industry; and who thrive to keep the values that have forged the company’s solid reputation. Our experienced brokers and talented event specialists seek to propose the best quality service and always extend a warm welcome, assets that have largely contributed to the reputation of Arthaud Yachting. Hugo’s greatest passion is the sea. From his youngest age, at 10 years old he began navigating in competitions on-board sailing dinghies and then mono-hull sailing boats, before deciding at 18 years old to specialize himself in studies of the yachting industry. He graduated in 2009 with a bachelor degree in the nautical industry and then began working in a well-known charter company in Cannes. He joined the company Arthaud Yachting in 2011 as Marketing Director, before becoming CEO in 2016. Due to his solid experience of the industry and excellent network base in the yachting sector, Hugo is a precious asset as a representative to charter your yacht for the season.

FIONA LEONIS

Charter Broker & Event Manager

Fiona is an events enthusiast, always looking for the latest trends in the events industry sector. She likes to put her creativity and passion to use when organizing yachting events. With a strong cultural background and experience in a multi-cultural environment abroad, she puts her open-minded approach to good use when dealing with international clients. She graduated in England with a Bachelor of Science in Events Management, and has several years of experience in the events industry. She joined the Arthaud Yachting team in 2016 as an Event Project Manager and has since become a Charter Broker putting her acquired knowledge at your disposal for both your private and professional projects.

JEFF MARTIN

Corporate Event Planner

Born and raised in Cannes, Jeff is true local with an extensive knowledge of the region. After his twenties, he cruised in France with a professional license in journalism from the ESJ of Lille in hand. After spending far too long away from his hometown and the azure waters of the French Riviera, he decided to come back to his roots around fifteen years ago. It is in 2020, after three years spent working in an event agency, that Jeff dropped anchor at Arthaud Yachting. His logistical skills, reactivity and ability to adapt and organize are major assets in his role as a corporate event planner. He will without doubt make strong use of his knowledge to guarantee that your event is unforgettable.

CAROLINE PLASSIT

Caroline was born near HÖI AN, a coastal city in Vietnam. She began her professional career at Vietnam Airlines in the field of the international tourism. Her multiple travels have allowed her to discover France where she decided to settle permanently. She first worked and gained knowledge in management and corporate accounting in a Parisian firm. Wishing to return to the field of international tourism, she decided to move to the French Riviera and joins Arthaud Yachting team. Rigorous, organized, open minded and friendly, Caroline ensures the financial management of the company.

Kristine Ribaud

Charter Assistant

Passionate about the sea, Kristine has spent every summer since her childhood boating with her father. A passion that led her to move from Paris to the South of France to pursue her dream of working in the yachting industry. After graduating with a master’s degree in international business and luxury management in Paris, Kristine decided to extend her knowledge in yachts and obtained the “Yacht Operations” Diploma at the Maritime Training Academy of London. Trilingual, she thrives in multicultural environments as she was raised in a bicultural family (American mother and French father). Her 5 years’ experience in the luxury industry and working in worldwide multinationals forged her sense of organization and relationship skills. She set foot in Antibes and worked in yacht sales as a junior broker before moving to Cannes to join Arthaud Yachting as a charter broker assistant. Artistically driven, she spends her free time painting seascapes and ocean themed artworks. Kristine will accompany you at best in all your yachting dreams to make magic happen!

Thomas is the Internet Swiss knife, the geek of our team. Enthusiastic and hardworking, Thomas graduated from Oxford Brookes University where he used to love punting on sunny days. PELAGIA YACHTING c’est l’alliance de deux passionnés par la mer et le monde du nautisme. D’un coté un officier et capitaine sur des navires de 20 à 50 mètres pendant 12 ans et de l’autre, navigateur et dirigeant de la société Arthaud Yachting , entreprise reconnue dans le monde du charter et de l’évènementiel nautique.

Implantée parfaitement entre Monaco et Saint Tropez, Cannes est le lieu idéal pour accueillir une nouvelle société de vente, gestion et d’entretien de yachts.

Extrêmement dynamique et actuelle, notre société est fière de pouvoir offrir une expertise inégalée dans le domaine du yachting. Nous avons rassemblé une équipe de professionnels passionnés et dévoués, prêts à mettre leur savoir-faire au service de nos clients.

N’ayant pas suivi un cursus classique nous ne nous considérons pas comme de simples « vendeurs et managers de bateaux ». Nous parlons de choses que nous connaissons car nous pensons que nul ne peut avoir une meilleure expérience à bord d’un bateau que les membres d’équipage ayant vécus des mois au plus près de clients de diverses nationalités.

Ensemble, nous mettons à votre disposition un réseau, une expertise et un savoir-faire. Nous avons fait de notre attirance pour la mer notre métier. Nous sommes des passionnés et nous avons bien compris la nécessité de vous rendre la vie facile avec des prix cohérents.

C’est pour cela que dans une optique de “personnel embarqué”, nous tendons à offrir une assistance privilégiée et flexible à nos clients pour les aider à surmonter les défis potentiels.

NOTRE ÉQUIPE

Co-Fondateur

Depuis son plus tendre âge, la mer a toujours été la grande passion d’Hugo. A l’âge de 10 ans, il a commencé à naviguer en compétition à bord de dériveurs et de voiliers monocoques, avant de décider de se spécialiser dans l’industrie nautique à 18 ans.

En 2009, il a obtenu un diplôme de licence dans ce domaine et a commencé à travailler pour une société de charter réputée à Cannes.

En 2011, il a rejoint Arthaud Yachting en tant que directeur marketing, avant de devenir PDG en 2016. Grâce à sa solide expérience de l’industrie et à son excellent réseau dans le monde du yachting, Hugo est un atout précieux pour représenter votre yacht.

Après avoir était en mer pour les 12 dernières années en occupant des postes d’officiers et capitaines sur des yachts de 20m à 50m avec une importante longévité dans cette industrie. J’ai pu partager les projets de plusieurs armateurs avec chacun d’entre eux une connaissance ou encore des attentes bien différentes mais qui tendent vers un objectif commun.

J’ai eu l’opportunité de suivre 3 importants refit en Italie et en France ainsi que le suivit de construction / acceptance et delivery d’un yacht commercial de 47m dans la région de Antalya en Turquie

Dans un désir de changement et de volonté de pouvoir accompagner d’autres armateurs dans leur expérience de yachting j’ai eu l’occasion de créer PELAGIA YACHTING avec Hugo gérant la société ARTHAUD YACHTING, reconnu dans le monde de l’évènement nautique et du charter (MYBA member).

FIONA LEONIS

Fleet Manager

Fiona est notre Fleet Manager chez Pelagia Yachting. Avec son expérience dans le domaine du yachting et son diplôme en gestion d’événements, elle est l’experte idéale pour gérer notre flotte de yachts de luxe. Fiona est une passionnée d’événements et de yacht. Elle aime mettre sa créativité et sa passion au service de ses clients. Elle est responsable de la sélection des navires les plus adaptés à nos clients et assure un suivi efficace pour leur bon fonctionnement.

Kristine Ribaud

Assistant Fleet Manager

Kristine, notre Assistant Fleet Manager, est un membre clé de notre équipe chez Pelagia Yachting. Elle est responsable de notre flotte de yachts de luxe pour assurer la sécurité et la qualité des prestations pour nos clients. Grâce à son expérience et à sa connaissance approfondie du monde du yachtisme, elle est en mesure de gérer efficacement les besoins de maintenance des navires et de veiller à ce qu’ils soient en parfait état pour nos différents clients. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec notre Fleet Manager pour assurer la gestion optimale de notre flotte de yachts.

JEFF MARTIN

Project Manager

Jeff, notre Project Manager, est responsable de la gestion des projets de yachting chez Pelagia Yachting. Il est en charge de la planification, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre de tous les aspects des projets, depuis la préparation jusqu’à la réalisation. Il a une grande expérience dans la gestion de projets en général, et en particulier dans le secteur de la location et de la vente de yacht. Il est en charge de garantir que les projets soient réalisés dans les délais et aux normes de qualité requises.

CAROLINE PLASSIT

Caroline est notre comptable chez Pelagia Yachting. Elle est responsable de la gestion financière de l’entreprise, en garantissant que les finances soient gérées de manière efficace et professionnelle. Elle est en charge de la gestion des comptes, de la facturation, de la comptabilité analytique, de la tenue des livres et de la préparation des déclarations fiscales. Sa grande expertise en matière de comptabilité et de gestion financière est un atout pour l’entreprise, elle assure une bonne gestion des finances et un suivi des indicateurs pour la prise de décision. Elle est un membre clé de notre équipe pour assurer la pérennité de l’entreprise.

Office Manager

Originaire de Grenoble dans les Alpes, Tom a grandi sur les pistes et est un ancien athlète de haut niveau en ski alpin. En 2017, après une longue carrière au niveau international, il s’arrête après avoir obtenu son diplôme universitaire aux États-Unis où il étudie un Bachelor et concourt au niveau universitaire. Il a continué à voyager et étudier à l’étranger au Brésil et en Chine pendant son Master à SKEMA. Censé travailler dans l’industrie hôtelière après ses études, Tom a dû changer de secteur en raison du COVID-19. Et le yachting s’est imposé comme un choix évident. Passionné d’activités nautiques, de voile, de luxe, et appréciant le climat et le mode de vie de la Côte d’Azur, il a depuis acquis de précieuses connaissances en commençant comme courtier en charter, puis en vendant des planches de surf électriques. Bilingue en anglais, passionné et soucieux du détail, il veille à ce que le travail soit terminé à temps et que vous viviez une expérience mémorable à bord. Il rejoint ensuite Pelagia Yachting en 2024 en tant que responsable du nouveau bureau basé à Port Canto.

THOMAS AUTHIER

Thomas est le couteau suisse de l’Internet, le geek de notre équipe. Enthousiaste et travailleur, Thomas est diplômé de l’université d’Oxford Brookes.
