Offered by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht AQUARELLA is a 137 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. AQUARELLA spends the summer and winter season in Greece. She was constructed by the renowned boatbuilder Devonport in 1994. An elegant refit was completed in 2019. The expansive yacht layout features 6 large cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.

AQUARELLA is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, the aft deck, elegantly connects to the attractive and sleek main salon.. The main saloon is a friendly space to spend time when the aft deck might not be as desirable (at port, private conversations) and serves as a location of entertainment. 6 spacious cabins are purposefully laid out to allow for comfortable access and private setting.

CAPTAIN - Andreas Papasofroniou (Greek) Captain Andreas is 46 years old and is a graduate of the Maritime Academy, counting over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry. Andreas has knowledge of public relations, emergency management, accounting, engineering, environmental regulations and insurance considerations. With his great experience and his pleasant personality, he promises to his guests a great time on board. He speaks Greek and English. CHIEF ENGINEER - Michalis Kreatsas (Greek) Michalis is 45 years old and was born in Chios Island; an island with a long maritime tradition in Greece. He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Chios. Michalis works in the yachting industry for more than 9 years and brings along a great deal of knowledge and experience. He has also completed all safety training courses and is responsible of every electrical and mechanical equipment onboard. He speaks Greek and English. 2nd ENGINEER - Costas Sarris (Greek) Costas is 28 years old, grew up in Samos island and has graduated as an officer from the Merchant Marine Academy. He works in the yachting industry for more than six years. He is hardworking and reliable with excellent communication skills. Costas is always willing to help with deck activities and water sports. He speaks Greek and English. CHEF - Konstantinos Sarris (Greek) Chef Konstantinos is 34 years old and the last nine years works in the yachting industry. This is his 4th year onboard AQUARELLA. He has also worked in prestigious restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. He loves to cook with local products, seafood, and other fresh ingredients. Mediterranean cuisine is his expertise. Her main characteristic is her kind personality, helpful manners and her teamwork spirit and energy. Hilal is always approachable and aims to elevate the clients’ experience. She speaks Turkish and English. CHIEF OFFICER - Sotiris Skatzas (Greek) Sotiris is 32 years old and has more than nine years of experience. For a unique cruising experience, the open and sporty style of AQUARELLA makes her the ideal motor yacht for charter. At 137.10-feet (42m) she is a great size to comfortably welcome up to 12 guests. The yacht was built by Devonport in 1994 and underwent a full refit in 2018, leaving her in excellent condition. All the latest technologies and facilities combine with great style and comfort. She has a cruise speed of 18 knots but can reach an exhilarating 25 knots. AQUARELLA has a professional and friendly captain, chef and crew; seven in total. Together they create truly exceptional cruising experiences. The chef liaises with the guests to ensure all dietary tastes and needs are met and that gourmet experiences are a feature every day of a cruise.

Highlights of the Yacht

Among her many appealing features, AQUARELLA has a barbecue on her sundeck – the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail and watch the world float by. She also has an impressive swim platform which means guests can access the water easily. They can swim in some of the world’s most idyllic waters or use the yacht’s water toys and watersports equipment to have fun. She also features great entertainment equipment throughout, so guests can keep up with their movie, music and gaming interests. 

Stylish Accommodations

Guests sleep in luxurious staterooms. These include a truly impressive master stateroom. It has a private lounging area, two en-suite bathrooms and great comfort and space. She also has two VIP staterooms and two twin staterooms, one featuring an additional Pullman. All staterooms are en-suite.

The public accommodation areas are equally elegant, extending over two decks with plenty of space to relax, dine or socialize. Cream soft-furnishings combine with pale-colored woods and luxury design touches. There is plenty of natural daylight by day and subtle, ambient lighting in the evenings.

Luxury living spaces are spanned across two decks. The main deck aft hosts alfresco dining space and partial shade. Guests can access the salon from here or take the stairs down to the swim platform. With a variety of water toys, there is always plenty to do for those who love the water. Through the side deck, there is access to the foredeck with another alfresco dining area. The upper deck boasts lots of space for sunbathing, a seating area and more space for eating/dining outdoors.

AQUARELLA is powered up to a speed of 25 knots and cruises at 18 knots. She has a fuel capacity of 26,000 litres and a fuel consumption of 780 litres per hour without generators.

He has extensive knowledge of moorings and secluded bays. He speaks Greek and English. CHIEF ENGINEER - Giorgos Lignos (Greek) Giorgos is 37 years old and is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos. He works in the yachting industry for more than 15 years and brings along a great deal of knowledge and experience. He has also completed all safety training courses. He speaks Greek and English. SECOND ENGINEER - Konstantinos Menikas (Greek) Konstantinos is 37 years old and is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos. He works in the yachting industry for more than 14 years.
