Built by Nobiskrug, her cool, bright interior is devoid of clutter, creating clean lines and a calm, relaxing ambience throughout. The impressive main salon is a popular chill out area and a large, stylish space for entertaining, with a long dining table for formal dinners. Continuing the indoor/outdoor theme, a circular bar connects the salon with the aft deck which is large enough that all guests can be in the same place without feeling crowded, whether relaxing on the sofas, or the loungers on the raised circular sunbathing platform.

Head to the bridge deck's luxurious indoor movie theatre with its three double daybeds, large screen and blacked out walls for the full cinema experience. Guests love catching up on major sporting events, or watching a movie in the cinema, at any time of day. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the sheltered bridge deck dining area, then take a coffee and a newspaper (printed on board) to the aft seating area and make the most of the morning sun.

The sun deck is the hub of this luxury charter yacht during the day. The forward section is a sunbathing haven with a refreshing jacuzzi, and sun pads at every angle. On the shaded aft deck, take a morning yoga class or an early evening massage then, when it gets dark, kick back on the sofas as the area is transformed into an atmospheric outdoor cinema.

SIREN's accommodation is fresh and tranquil, with six cabins for 12 guests. The master suite is airy and spacious with full length windows, an office and a fold-down balcony. Extensive storage space is provided in the walk-in wardrobe, which leads into large his and hers bathrooms with Lalique fittings. A fold-down double bed can be assembled in the office area and sectioned off to create additional family accommodation.

Four en suite cabins are located on the lower deck, including a VIP with a sofa area and desk, two double cabins and a twin. A further double cabin is positioned on the bridge deck, with an elevator connecting all three interior levels.

Work out in the cool, shaded beach club gym with its fresh air and water level view. Then cool off in the sea-pool, leap off the swim platform or ask the crew to launch the extensive selection of action-packed watertoys.

The SIREN yacht is a 73.15-meter yacht capable of being host to 12 guests using her six cabins and onboard 18 qualified crew members.

She was built back in 2008 by Nobiskrug and was refitted five years after. She was awarded multiple awards and cost $631,000 per week to charter in the summer and costs $559,500 per week in the summer.

The one responsible for the interior design of the SIREN yacht was Newcruise Yachts, a German-based company that prides itself on tons of experience in the industry.

They are geared toward customer satisfaction and personalized to their client’s preferences.

They have been involved in several projects, such as the iconic LUNA , Newcruise Yacht’s biggest yacht they ever designed, and the world’s second-largest expedition yacht.

She spans an overall length of 115 meters; she weighs approximately 5,750 tons but can still go to top speeds of over 22.5 knots.

Another is the TRIPLE SEVEN yacht, a 68-meter yacht capable of being host to up to 10 guests by using her five spacious cabins and can be attended t by 17 qualified onboard crew members.

Guests can access tons of onboard amenities on the SIREN yacht; she has an onboard jacuzzi, a total gym, a beach club, an elevator, and a helipad. She also has complete air conditioning, wifi access, and satellite TV.

She also has tons of toys to play with, such as wave runners, wakeboards, kayaks, fishing equipment, jet skis, water skis, and snorkeling equipment.

Hosting guests is also not a problem. She can welcome up to 12 guests by utilizing her six cabins with specifications of 1 Master, 1 VIP, 3 Doubles, 1 Twin, and 2 Pullmans.

Guests can also be accommodated by up to 18 qualified onboard crew members.

SIREN yacht is built with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure and currently spans an overall length of 241.2 feet or 73.5 meters, a beam of 41.4 feet or 12.6 meters, and a draft of 12.2 feet or 3.7 meters.

She was built and completed back in 2008 by Nobiskrug and was refitted five years after in 2013.

She currently weighs 1,585 tons and is powered by twin MTU engines. She can comfortably cruise at 14 knots and can even go up to a top speed of 17 knots.

She can easily store 182,000 liters of fuel inside her massive fuel tanks, and her incredibly efficient engines allow her to cover a distance of over 7,300 nautical miles.

A General Description of Motor Yacht SIREN

Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems finished building motor yacht SIREN in 2007. As such, she can be categorised as having been built country of Germany. SIREN had naval architecture and design developed by Nobiskrug and Newcruise and Nobiskrug. This superyacht SIREN can accommodate overnight a maximum of 12 aboard as well as 16 operating crew. Finished and launched for 2007 the comparatively recent interior design and decor demonstrates the progressive thinking of the design work of Newcruise.

SIREN won the 2009 Word Super Yacht Awards for the best displacement motor yacht of 1,300GT TO 2,999GT (approximately 60M - 84M)

Construction & Naval Architecture for Luxury Yacht SIREN

Nobiskrug was the naval architecture company involved in the professional superyacht plans for SIREN. Also the company Nobiskrug and Newcruise skillfully collaborated on this venture. Interior designer Newcruise was commissioned for the creative internal ambience. Germany is the country that Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems Ag built their new build motor yacht in. After the formal launch in 2007 in Rendsburg the boat was then delivered on to the proud new owner following final finishing. Her core hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht superstructure is made predominantly from steel. With a beam of 12 m or 39.37 feet SIREN has fairly large internal space. She has a fairly deep draught of 3.55m (11.65ft).

Engineering And The Speed/Range The M/Y SIREN :

The 16V 4000 M60 engine installed in the motor yacht is built by MTU. For propulsion SIREN has twin screw propellers. The engine of the yacht produces 2360 horse power (or 1760 kilowatts). She is equiped with 2 engines. The sum power for the boat is 4720 HP / 3520 KW.

Providing chambers for a limit of 12 visiting passengers overnighting, the SIREN accommodates everyone in style. This ship carries approximately 16 capable crewmembers to manage.

The Syren Oyster & Cocktail Bar, a restaurant launching in early 2022 in Old Naples, christened its namesake yacht this week on Naples Bay. 

Sarah McKenna, captain of The Syren, conducted a traditional maritime christening Wednesday afternoon on the dock of the Naples Boat Club, where the 44-foot Regal FXO yacht is moored in a slip in front of the restaurant at 909 10th St. S. As is traditional to bring good luck and safe travel to a new ship, McKenna broke a bottle of champagne against the hull of the vessel’s bow.

Although The Syren waterfront restaurant will not open until February, The Syren yacht is targeted to launch its all-inclusive, luxury cruises next week  in front of the future restaurant for guests to enjoy high-end dining, cruising and cocktails, said co-owner Peter Tierney.  “I think we have 11 charters already booked,” Tierney said.

Day and evening cruises can be privately chartered for up to six guests. The flat fee includes chef-prepared, customizable heavy hors d’oeurves and a full bar with craft cocktails, beer and wine. “It’s all inclusive. It’s all included for three-hour cruises,” Tierney said.

Day cruises are $2,200 for a three-hour minimum. An option for additional hours are $700 each. Sunset cocktail cruises for 2.5 hours are $2,500, according to syrenoysterbar.com.

A native Neapolitan, Capt. McKenna grew up spending weekends and holidays on her family’s fishing boat between Florida, the Bahamas and Costa Rica. She spent most of her life on the water, including several years in Hawaii on dive boats, sailboats, fishing boats, whale-watching boats and even a glass-bottom submarine before relocating to the mountains of North Carolina, where her love of adventure led her to guide hiking, zip-lining and whitewater rafting trips. Eventually, McKenna returned to her hometown and began working with the Bellasera Resort and its hospitality venues,  The Claw Bar and The London Club.

“When the Syren yacht was purchased last spring, Sarah was the natural choice to be its captain,” Tierney said. “Sarah holds a USCG Master 25-ton captain’s license and we are thrilled to have her at the helm of The Syren.”

The Syren yacht provides a unique amenity and intimate dining voyages to complement the Bellasera Resort in Naples and The Syren seafood restaurant, which the owners of the local resort are opening in the former space of Wharf Tavern Restaurant & Lobster House on 10th Street South.

The Syren is expected to offer a fresh waterfront dining experience with a bit of coastal adventure. Expect a global menu of far-reaching ocean exploration that even shows affection for less-appreciated seasonal finfish such as sheepshead and tripletail. 

The Wharf Tavern permanently closed in April after its 10th season on Naples Bay. After operating the local restaurant since December 2010, the Henry Diodati family sold the commercial condominium to  Tierney and Dr. Edward “Bud” Negley, who also own the Bellasera and The Claw Bar in Naples. Turtle Bay Holdings Co LLC bought Wharf Tavern’s unit 206 at Naples Boat Club for $1.95 million, Collier County property records show. The longtime restaurant was gutted to make way for The Syren, which will serve cuisine focusing on seasonal regional and international seafood.

Experiencing issues obtaining necessary items such as windows and kitchen equipment, Tierney has delayed the restaurant’s opening until mid- to late February. 

“We just want to get it done and do it right,” he said. “At this point, we’ll open when we open. There’s really nothing we can do.”

PRESENTING SIREN

Luxury motor yacht SIREN was built by Nobiskrug (hull 778) and launched from their shipyard in Northern Germany. Like her smaller sister, Triple Seven, both the interior and exterior of motoryacht SIREN were also designed by the Hamburg-based design studio, Newcruise. One of the largest luxury mega yachts available for a Mediterranean yacht charter, this superyacht can accommodate 12 guests in 6 suites.

DISPLACEMENT

At 73 meters in overall length, this steel displacement superyacht was built by one of Germany’s most renowned shipyards – Nobiskrug. DESIGN AND LAYOUT
