Führerscheinfrei unterwegs mit dem Charterschein

Yachtcharter Werder  bietet Freizeitkapitänen seit 2012 die Möglichkeit Ihre Traumyacht ohne den erforderlichen Motorsportbootführerschein Binnen auf der Potsdamer Havel zu befahren.

Wie genau funktioniert das denn werden viele Gäste fragen, ganz einfach: 

Mit dem Charterschein!

Insgesamt über 700 Kilometer deutscher Wasserstraßen in Berlin, Brandenburg, Hessen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Sachsen-Anhalt und im Saarland sind mit einem Charterschein führerscheinfrei befahrbar.

Als Basis dient die im Jahr 2000 eingeführte und ab 2004 freigegebene Charterscheinregelung. Somit ist das Führen motorisierter Sportboote auch ohne Sportbootführerschein Binnen nach intensiver Einweisung der Chartergäste in bestimmten Wasserrevieren möglich.

Sie erhalten in unserer Basis in Werder an der Havel eine ca. 3-stündige intensive Einweisung durch einen erfahrenen Skipper. Sie werden mit den technischen Details „Ihres“ Schiffes vertraut gemacht, verschiedene Manöver werden geübt und grundsätzliche Vorschriften sowie Sicherheitsbestimmungen werden vermittelt.

Sie lernen z.B. wie man die Leinen richtig festmacht, welche Verkehrszeichen wichtig sind und wo das Festmachen oder Ankern erlaubt ist und wo nicht. Anhand der Karte erhalten Sie weiterhin eine Einweisung in das Wasserrevier und bekommen so einen guten Überblick.

Die Wasserkarten für die jeweiligen Reviere befinden sich an Bord.

Das führerscheinfreie Revier erstreckt sich ab Werder (Havel) zwischen der Einmündung in die UHW (km 0,0) und der Babelsberger Enge (km 28,0) in Potsdam.

Im Einzelnen führen wir hier wichtige Informationen zum Charterschein auf:

Die Kosten für den Charterschein betragen 95,- € .

Charterschein- Bedingungen

• Die Charterbescheinigung ist eine amtlich anerkannte Bescheinigung, die das Führen eines gemieteten Sportbootes auch ohne den vorgeschriebenen Sportbootführerschein-Binnen zulässt.
• Die Bescheinigung gilt nur für das in ihr bezeichnete Binnengewässer und nur für die jeweilige Mietzeit.
• Der Charterschein ist keine Fahrerlaubnis zum Führen von Sportbooten, kein Ersatz für den amtlichen Sportbootführerschein-Binnen und gilt nur solange das Boot gemietet ist.

Voraussetzungen für eine Charterbescheinigung sind:

• Eine ausführliche theoretische und praktische Einweisung (ca. drei Stunden) durch das Charterunternehmen.
• Die Charterbescheinigung gilt nur für gemietete Sportboote mit einer bestehenden Haftpflichtversicherung.
• Die Boote dürfen maximal 15 m Länge haben.
• Nur 12 Personen sind an Bord erlaubt.
• Eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 12 km/h darf nicht überschritten werden.

An bestimmten Stellen gelten zusätzliche Bedingungen:

• Durchfahrt nur in der bezeichneten Fahrrinne.
• Fahrverbot ab Windstärke 4.
• Alle Personen müssen Rettungswesten tragen.
• Gefahren werden darf nur bei Tag.
