The warm interior is decorated by Macassar veneer and light eucalyptus, combined with top-quality marble to produce an atmosphere fit for lounging and relaxation.

During the day, the artwork chosen to further accentuate the stylish atmosphere really complements the tons of natural light coming in through big windows on both sides, or the subtlety integrated artificial lighting. Beige colour tones, combined with azure blue patterns, polished surfaces and mirrors invite the outside in.

Electrically powered and operated canvas shades enable guests to shut off the noon sun on the bridge deck, if they so choose. Stepping inside, a marvellous king-size berth has the benefit of a wonderful aft view, providing a magnificent panorama. Kids are the first to fall in love with this army of inflatable water toys, and they will not want to leave the water until they are completely exhausted by being towed on the sea, by members of your competent charter party. Superyacht TATIANA is a 45m (147.6ft) stunning vessel built by the well-known Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts and launched in 2011 and refitted in 2022. The Bilgin Yacht TATIANA's exterior and interior were designed by German architect Joachim Kinder and her interior was created by Septemar Yacht Furniture.

Tatiana motoryacht accommodates up to 12 guests, in a Master Suite, one VIP cabin and four guest cabins. Eight crew are accommodated in four crew cabins in the bow area, including a crew mess.

Motor yacht TATIANA offers a light and airy interior, the salon is surrounded by panoramic windows and features a generous L shaped cream leather sofa, coffee table and wet bar. Forward of the salon the formal dining table is separated from the salon by a partial frosted glass wall, encased in fine dark leather.

The foyer is on the starboard side forward of the dining area, followed by the spacious home theatre with massive flat screen and multimedia programming. The VIP cabin is on the main deck, full beam of the yacht forward, with a center lined king size bed, sofa, vanity and generous en-suite with tub and separate shower room.

Bilgin yacht TATIANA is a tri-deck design, the upper deck is mostly laid to the full beam master stateroom with center lined king size bed, deluxe en-suite facilities, contoured lounge seating, spa and massage room and private office. The master stateroom enjoys a private aft deck, complete with plush exterior seating, Spa Pool tub and sunpads. A versatile flat screen TV folds down from the cabin ceiling and pivots, to entertain either indoors or out.

Further luxurious accommodation is in 4 en-suite double cabins below decks, all with king size beds, 2 with optional Pullman berths, ideal for children.

The design of the superyacht TATIANA enables ample exterior living on her 3 spacious decks. The main deck offers a large aft deck with an alfresco dining option, shade and easy access to the salon and wet bar, perfect for entertaining. Guests wishing to enjoy the water toys on offer, will find the hydraulic lowering swim platform gives effortless access.

Above, yacht TATIANA’s upper deck features the master stateroom’s aft deck. Forward and with separate access, the foredeck offers a large sunpad area and alfresco dining option for all guests onboard.

Bilgin Yachts has currently built three units of the 80-metre Bilgin 263 series. The first unit of the Bilgin 263 series, Tatiana -also named as NB75- was launched in February 2020. The second hull –which is already sold- is planned to be launched in 2021 and following that, the third hull of the model will be delivered to her owner in 2022. The yachts reflect the shipyard's goal to be one of the prominent brands in the world.

He says, “The client has been involved in the industry for years and has had several yachts so he knew exactly what to like and what not to like. He loves to entertain his family and friends to sit back and relax whilst cruising the Med. As a result of our works together, Tatiana appeared. This yacht is contemporary in layout with generous living areas, a huge spa and a beach club on the aft deck.” H2 had to translate the owner’s wishes into comfortable, luxurious yet usable interiors. T atiana Pino survived several attempts on her life allegedly masterminded by her late husband, Miami developer Sergio Pino, the FBI alleges

In the Miami social scene, real estate developer Sergio Pino and his wife, Tatiana, were known as generous philanthropists who counted prominent politicians among their friends, including U.S. senator Marco Rubio and his wife, Jeanette, and Florida’s lieutenant governor Jeanette Nuñez.

“Sergio was a networker,” says Ana Quincoces , host of the Dial M for Miami podcast and a Real Housewives of Miami alum, who knew the Pinos for 20 years. “Tatiana was always a beauty and a real good mother.”

In private, however, the glamorous couple, who had two children together, had entered a rough patch in 2017.

Sergio, 67, was having an affair with another woman, and Tatiana, 55, began to suffer

from a mysterious epilepsy-like illness that a series of doctors tried, and failed, to diagnose

until a specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore came to the shocking conclusion that Tatiana was being poisoned with fentanyl that somebody was putting in her prescription medications.

“I thought I was going to die,” Tatiana later recalled during a deposition in the couple’s divorce proceedings.

Suspicious that her husband had given her the tainted medicine, Tatiana filed for divorce in April 2022. In bitter negotiations in court, she demanded half of the family’s $360 million fortune,

while Sergio fought to pay her less than 10 percent.

The Pinos’ divorce battle took an even darker turn when, federal prosecutors claim, Sergio hired criminals to kill his wife. On Aug. 30, 2023, a flatbed truck allegedly driven by a man working for Sergio rammed Tatiana’s car as she entered the driveway of the house she had moved to in Pinecrest, Fla.

Ten months later, on June 23, 2024, she was confronted there by a masked man carrying a gun.

Tatiana, who was unharmed in both alleged attempts on her life, alerted the FBI, whose investigation of the incidents pointed to Sergio and his murder-for-hire conspirators.

But on July 16, when FBI special agents with a warrant for Sergio’s arrest raided his mansion in the gated community of Cocoplum, using stun grenades, they discovered Sergio, in his bedroom, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Says Pinecrest police chief Jason Cohen, whose department took part in the investigation: “I’ve never seen anything like this in my 27 years in law enforcement. It’s like something you’d see in a movie.”

Tatiana and Cuban-born Sergio, an up-and-coming entrepreneur who shopped at the Miami grocery

store owned by Tatiana’s family, met when she was a 17-year-old cashier and were married in a lavish

ceremony with 600 guests in 1992. They settled in Coral Gables and had two daughters, Carolina, 29,

and Alessandra. (Sergio had two children from a previous marriage.)

In 1995 Sergio left his family’s plumbing business to start Century Homebuilders Group, which he

grew into one of the largest Hispanic-owned homebuilders in the country. “He did a lot of good,” says Sergio’s brother Carlos Pino.

In 2017, when rumors spread in the couple’s social set that Sergio was having an affair, “Tatiana turned a blind eye to it,” says Quincoces. But after she came to the realization she was being

poisoned, she filed for divorce—and her husband’s alleged campaign of terror began. Sergio hired a

crew of four hit men, headed by Bayron Bennett, who worked on Sergio’s yacht, a federal indictment claims.

Bennett and the three men were arrested and charged in connection with a "campaign

to stalk, torment and attempt to kill a victim,” U.S. Attorney Markenzy Lapointe said in a statement.

At a July 17 press conference, Lapointe alleged that Sergio then hired a “second crew,” who chased Tatiana with a gun in her yard.

“Her daughter [Alessandra] came out, and the perpetrator pointed the gun at the daughter,” he

said. “Literally, she was looking at the barrel.”

With Sergio’s death, Tatiana is now fighting with Sergio’s family for control of Century Homebuilders, of which she claims she is now sole owner.

Says one friend: “She’s healing, focusing on helping her daughters deal with the trauma and picking up the pieces.”

Bennett, Michael Dulfo, Jerren Howard, Fausto Villar and Avery Bivens have pleaded not guilty to charges in connection to their alleged roles in the schemes, court records show.

The other four defendants have not entered pleas yet.

Their attorneys did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's requests for comment.

British tech magnate Mike Lynch, 2 US citizens among missing after luxury yacht sinks off Sicily

British tech magnate Mike Lynch and five other people were missing after their luxury sailing yacht sank during a freak storm off Sicily early Monday, Italy’s civil protection and authorities said. Lynch’s wife and 14 other people survived.

Lynch, who was  acquitted in June  in a big U.S. fraud trial, was among six people who remain unaccounted for after their chartered sailboat sank off Porticello, when a tornado over the water known as a waterspout struck the area overnight, said Salvo Cocina of Sicily’s civil protection agency.

One body was recovered, and police divers spent the day trying to reach the hull of the ship, which was resting at a depth of 50 meters (163 feet) off Porticello where it had been anchored, rescue authorities said. They returned to the site after 10 p.m. to see if it would be possible to search through the night, when weather conditions were expected to worsen, said Luca Cari, spokesman of the fire rescue service.

It had a crew of 10 people and 12 passengers, the Italian coast guard said. A sudden fierce storm had battered the area overnight, and struck the place precisely where the 56-meter (184-foot) British-flagged Bayesian had been moored.

“They were in the wrong place at the wrong time,” said Cocina, noting that another superyacht nearby wasn't as badly damaged and helped rescue some of the 15 survivors, who included Lynch's wife Angela Bacares.

The Bayesian was notable for its single 75-meter (246-feet) mast — one of the world’s tallest made of aluminum and which was lit up at night, just hours before it sank. Online charter sites listed it for rent for up to 195,000 euros (about $215,000) a week.

One of the survivors, identified as Charlotte Golunski, said she momentarily lost hold of her 1-year-old daughter Sofia in the water, but then managed to hold her up over the waves until a lifeboat inflated and they were both pulled to safety, Italian news agency ANSA reported, quoting the mother. The father, James Emsley, also survived, said Cocina.

Karsten Borner, the captain of the Sir Robert Baden Powell, said he had noticed the Bayesian nearby during the storm but after it calmed he saw a red flare and realized the ship had simply disappeared, ANSA and the Giornale di Sicilia newspaper reported. Borner said he and a crew member boarded their tender and found a lifeboat with 15 people, some of them injured, who they then took aboard and alerted the coast guard.

Eight of those rescued were hospitalized while the others were taken to a hotel. One body believed to be the cook was found near the wreck, but six others were unaccounted for and believed inside the hull, said Cari, the fire rescue spokesperson. The rescue operations, which were visible from shore, involved helicopters and rescue boats from the coast guard, fire rescue and civil protection service.

Fisherman Francesco Cefalu’ said he had seen a flare from shore at around 4:30 a.m. and immediately set out to the site but by the time he got there, the Bayesian had already sunk, with only cushions, wood and other items from the superyacht floating in the water.

“But for the rest, we didn’t find anyone,” he said from the port hours later. He said that he immediately alerted the coast guard and stayed on site for three hours, but didn't find any survivors. “I think they are inside, all the missing people.”

He said he had been up early to check the weather to see if he could go fishing, and surmised that a sudden waterspout had struck the yacht.

“It could be that the mast broke, or the anchor at the prow pulled it, I don’t know,” he said.

Cocina said the crew and passengers hailed from a variety of countries: In addition to Britain and the United States, passengers and crew were from Antigua, France, Germany, Ireland, Myanmar, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Spain, he said.

Among the dead and missing, four were British, two were American, and one was a man with dual citizenship from Canada and Antigua, according to Luciano Pischedda, the Italian Coast Guard official overseeing the rescue operations.

The UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch is deploying a team of four inspectors to Italy to conduct a preliminary assessment. The Foreign Commonwealth and Development office said it was “providing consular support to a number of British nationals and their families.”

Dutch foreign ministry spokesperson Casper Soetekouw said the lone Dutch citizen on board, a man, had been rescued and was not in life-threatening condition.

Lynch, once hailed as Britain’s king of technology, was cleared in June of fraud and conspiracy charges related to Hewlett Packard’s $11 billion takeover of his company, Autonomy Corp.

The not-guilty verdicts followed an 11-week criminal trial in San Francisco that delved into the history of HP’s  2011 acquisition  of Autonomy, a business software firm founded by Lynch.

The  fraud accusations  represented a dramatic turn in the fortunes of an entrepreneur once described as the Bill Gates of Britain — a title he seemed to live up to when he netted an $800 million from the Autonomy sale.

The acquittal vindicated Lynch, who had vehemently denied wrong doing and portrayed HP as a technological train wreck.

“I’m looking forward to returning the UK and getting back to what I love most: my family and innovating in my field,” Lynch said in a statement released after the verdict.

The yacht, built in 2008 by the Italian firm Perini Navi, can accommodate 12 passengers in four double cabins, a triple and the master suite, plus crew accommodations, according to Charter World and Yacht Charters.

The vessel, which previously was named Salute when it flew under a Dutch flag, featured a sleek, minimalist interior of light wood with Japanese accents designed by the French designer Remi Tessier, according to descriptions and photos on the charter sites.
