This is an amazing one of a kind experience. As someone who enjoys sauna very much, this sauna was on point! It got plenty hot and threw off some awesome bursts of loyly! We went on an overcast day but that probably made the experience even better for contrast therapy. We saw some jellyfish along the way and even had a pair of seals follow us for a bit. All of my friends who came couldn’t stop raving about it! Do yourself a favour, get a group of like minded people and enjoy the tranquility on the water! If you’re concerned about price, we only had 7 people but everyone thought the experience was well worth the money we paid!

This experience was the highlight of my friends and my entire trip! This was our once-a-year girls trip, and Antoine and Chris were the best captains and tour guides. We had so much fun seeing the pigs, snorkeling with fish and sea turtles, and seeing peacocks on a private island! We did all of this while having time to relax and enjoy spending much-needed time together. We will not forget the kindness that Antoine and Chris showed us all and we will be sure to book with them when we hopefully come again next year!!

On a 30-45ft yacht, you’ll still have plenty of space for your small group. These yachts are also a great way to still get a luxury experience without breaking the bank.

1. More Places to go

One thing that’s really nice about renting a small yacht is there are a lot more places you can go. Large yachts are restricted to water that is deeper enough for them to sail through. However, smaller yachts draw less water and can navigate in shallower waters.

This becomes a huge help at the sandbar. If it’s low tide, some large yachts can’t get close to the sandbar. But with a small yacht, you can get right up on top of the sandbar even when it’s low tide.

2. No Waiting of bridges

One thing you run into a lot with large yachts is waiting for bridges to open up. When sailing through Miami, there are a lot of bridges that large yachts can’t fit under. They have to wait for about 30 minutes in some cases until the bridge will open up again.

With small yachts, this is never a problem. With a small yacht rental you can fit right under all the bridges and you’re never stuck waiting for a bridge to open up. Waiting for bridges can really kill your mood on a charter. It’s really nice being on a smaller yacht and not having to worry about the bridges at all.

Frequently asked questions about small yachts.

Our small yachts can take between 8 and 12 passengers depending on the specific boat you choose. Miami Blue Yacht Rental website lists the maximum number passengers for each of our small yachts.

Our most affordable small yacht is our 29′ Sea Ray which costs $1,500 for 4 Hours.

Yes, all of our yachts come with at least one captain. Some of our larger yachts will come with a captain and an additional crew.

Our small yachts can cruise through Biscayne Bay and “the Miami Beach area”. For longer trips we can cruise to the Miami River, Haulover Sandbar, and Key Biscayne.

Yes, all of our small yachts have at least 1 bathroom.

We loved our experience with them! Boarding was super easy and the captain was experienced and witty. They set us up with drinks and music right at the beginning and really let us do our own thing the entire trip checking in to see what we needed often. None of us had any experience on a boat but anything we needed to know they explained early on (not a whole lot other than safely moving around the boat because they handled everything). All 6 of us would do it again, loved it! Phenomenal way to view the city skyline and Statue of Liberty!
