A General Description of Motor Yacht LADY K II

This motor yacht LADY K II is a 58 m 189 (foot) large steel ship which was made by Austin & Pickersgill and conceived by Austin & Pickersgill and Yutaka Jujima and Theoharis Stylianou. Accommodating 18 guests and 22 crew members, motor yacht LADY K II was once named Princess Tanya; Radiant Ii; Lisboa Ii; The Radiant I as her shipyard project name and/or yacht title. Launched in the year of 1961 this boat’s interior design reveals the traditional atmosphere emanating from the boards of Theoharis Stylianou / Yutaki Jujima.

The Shipyard Work & Design for Luxury Yacht LADY K II

Austin & Pickersgill was the naval architect firm involved in the technical nautical plans for LADY K II. Her interior design was completed by Theoharis Stylianou / Yutaki Jujima. Austin & Pickersgill and Yutaka Jujima and Theoharis Stylianou is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. the United Kingdom is the country that Austin & Pickersgill built their new build motor yacht in. After her official launch in 1961 in Sunderland the boat was thereafter delivered on to the proud new owner having completed sea trials. The core hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht superstructure is made largely with steel. With a width of 8.81 m / 28.9 feet LADY K II has spacious size. A deep draught of 3.6m (11.8ft) affects the number of certain ports she can visit, contingent on their minimum depth. She had refit maintenance and changes undertaken in 1996.

Fitted with twin SULZER-BUSCH diesel engines, LADY K II will reach a high speed of 14 knots. LADY K II is propelled by twin screw propellers. She also has an economical range of 7000 miles when underway at her cruise speed of 11 knots. Her total HP is 1680 HP and her total Kilowatts are 1236. As for the yacht’s stabalisers she was built with Vosper.
