Had a wonderful time on Queen's yacht - everything was exactly as discussed, I wanted to see the sunset and everything was arranged perfectly. The crew was also absolutely wonderful - they have attended to every need and request that I had and went above and beyond in many cases such as when they have prepared a fruit platter for me. I had complimentary drinks and snacks added to my trip as well which was an absolutely wonderful touch. Overall - I highly recommend booking this boat for an amazing experience! Will absolutely be back on this boat when I am back in Bali!

Amazing service from zero gravity diving team, Boker our pick up driver was absolutely amazing was on time and very punctual and our boat crew was amazing from our diving instructor to the captain everyone was very friendly and helpful will definitely booking again.

We had a fabulous day on the water. The crew was fantastic and very accommodating. Queen responded quickly to my inquiry for booking and was helpful in building itinerary out to Penida Island, Lembongan and surrounding bays. Highly recommend. I am experienced cruising in blue ocean water, so if it’s your first time out, I’d recommend taking something since you may experience heavy chop (not a problem for me). Highly recommend

Very good experience ! Our guide Komang, took very good care of us all day long. We spent the morning fishing and snorkeling, it was incredible and then we chilled and had lunch on the beach. The afternoon, Komang took us to some places to visit the countryside of Bali, we met very nice people and discovered the Balinese culture. It was a perfect day !

The fishing trip I went with Tisen was excellent and left a very good experience. He is very good guide, friendly and take good care of details. Although we did not manage to get any big fish due to the season, it was fun and memorable with him out to the sea.

We had a great experience with our transfers between Sunar and Nusa Penida. Given that we had some sizeable luggage and my wife can experience motion sickness on boats, the private transfer worked very well for us. Great crew, very helpful and on time for both transfers!

Sailing catamaran SERENITY is a 14.06 m (49’) BALI 4.8 and is the first model of the new generation of BALI catamarans built in 2021. Recognisable at first glance thanks to the updated design of her hulls with thin and straight bows and elegant lines signed Xavier Fäy and Samer Lasta. SERENITY can accommodate eight guests in four ensuite cabins.

Catamaran SERENITY Specifications

The fly-bridge deck is spacious and comfortable with lounging and seating areas benefitting from 360 degree views. The forward cockpit is a social hub from which to enjoy the water with generous sunbathing, lounge and dining areas. The aft cockpit provides multiple bench seats around a large dining table with a flexible indoor and outdoor feel.

INTERIOR Main deck has a bright and airy main salon with fully integrated galley which has direct access to the forward cockpit lounge area. The interior salon is air conditioned for guests’ comfort.

Designed for comfort and privacy, the four queens sized guest cabins are warmly decorated with modern and refined materials, and all have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. Port side cabins have wet shower stalls and starboard side cabins have dry stalls. All cabins have individually controlled air-conditioning for additional comfort.

Yachts of Blue Marlin Bali

All presented yachts are new and in excellent technical condition. We carry out maintenance on time and lovingly monitor our boats. Each vessel is equipped comfortably and in accordance with safety regulations. The boats have satellite phone, navigation systems, life jackets, as well as an experienced team.

Your journey will be featuring comfort, because we have already foreseen everything: the yachts are equipped with a toilet, a shower, a small kitchen and a cabin for rest. The rent includes the necessary equipment for snorkeling and fishing, soft drinks and fresh fruit. In addition, we can arrange transfers, provide accessories for diving and surfing, lunch at a restaurant on the island, a photographer, a DJ with equipment, and alcoholic beverages.

The minimum rental time is 4 hours, the maximum is 8 hours for a high-speed yacht and 4 days for a catamaran. We have several standard routes, however, you can make your own – our captain knows the terrain perfectly and will help with arranging the route.

Crew Profiles: CAPTAIN Jonathan Crews

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, it wasn’t until Jonathan and his family moved to Australia where his passion for the outdoors and adventure began. He comes from a family of avid sailors which is where the intrigue for sailing started. Jonathan began his working career as an engineering Tradesperson in Heavy Fabrication & Welding. That experience gave him a broad background in all things mechanical.

In 2015, he decided to turn his dream of working as a Professional Yacht Captain into a reality and he obtained his Offshore Yacht Masters in South Africa. Jonathan has since had a vast amount of experience working on charter yachts in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, French Polynesia, Thailand, Australia and South Africa, working as both a Charter Captain, Delivery Captain and Lead Skipper of a flotilla company.

In his free time, between charter seasons, Jonathan also started a Safari company taking guests through South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. Experiencing the vast landscapes, animal safaris and 4wding (which is definitely not for the faint-hearted). Jonathan’s first love, however, will always be sailing, feeling most at home being in and around the water!

Jonathan spends his spare time participating in water sports, diving, fishing and travelling (anything that involves water really). Jonathan self-admits that he prefers the relaxed lifestyle that comes with yachting and would eventually like to purchase a yacht of his own and sail around the world with his partner, Tracy.

CHEF Tracy Shepherd

Born in the coastal South West of Australia, this is where Tracy’s love of the great outdoors began. Tracy grew up on a farm and started boating at a young age. Living on the coast allowed her to flourish on the beach and in the water.

Over the years Tracy has worked in several cafes and restaurants in Western Australia, well known for it’s famous wine regions. Tracy worked as a supervisor, chef and barista with over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Tracy also studied Occupational Therapy, at Curtin University, which lead to a career in the disability sector supporting adults with Autism. Tracy has always had the urge to support others in need. She has since returned to working in the hospitality industry, having travelled overseas to a vast variety of countries, Tracy fell in love with the yachting lifestyle. After all, what could be better than travelling from place to place whilst working onboard a yacht!

Tracy has sailed around the western and eastern coasts of Australia, the Mediterranean and French Polynesia. Her broad cooking style incorporates an array of seafood, Asian delicacies and comforting Italian cuisines to make you feel like you’re experiencing different cultures.

Luxury Crewed Charter Rates

The Horizon Yacht Charters BVI Crewed Charter rates are for 7 nights per vessel and are based on the number of guests. Please see individual yacht pages for detailed specifications and charter rates. Horizon Yacht Charters luxury crewed yacht charters come complete with your own personal Captain & Chef (and in the larger yachts, first mate and hostess).  NB some yachts may be skipper only (with the option of a chef) – they are stated as such. Your meals aboard are included in the rate and prepared to your group’s individual preferences and dietary requirements. Beverages are also included but please note special requests for specific brands may be subject to an additional charge.  Watersports equipment (such as paddleboards, kayaks etc) are also included and some yachts offer all-inclusive diving.

High season rates typically apply from December to April, and Low season from May to November, but please do check the seasonal rates for your yacht.

Each individual crewed yacht may charge for certain additional expenses (e.g. National Park Permit, Cruising permit, different port collections or departures).  Please ask for a full breakdown of costs for your chosen yacht. Additional supplements may apply at Christmas and New Year.

All yachts come with tenders with outboards and safety equipment. Please review the individual yacht specification on our website for further details of available equipment and details of inclusions and exclusions.

Please note that our bareboat repeat client discount does not apply to our crewed charter fleet.

Charter Rates shown above are for 7 nights per vessel (Christmas and New Year supplements on selected yachts). Crewed Charters usually start at noon and finish at noon, but please do check times for your particular yacht.

• Additional water-sports  (other than those included on the crewed yacht) are all available at competitive rates.
• Hotel Accommodations  throughout the islands can be arranged. Most major credit cards accepted.  Please check our Accommodations page for more information.

An Environmental levy of $10 per head is payable by all visitors to the BVI on arrival (effective 1st Sept 2017).

Bookings and Cancellations  – We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance due of 50% no later than 45 days prior to charter start date. A smaller deposit and interim fee may be acceptable for bookings made more than 12 months in advance. Cancellation fees apply, and vary from yacht-to-yacht. Please check the specific terms for your yacht at the time of booking.

As Indonesia’s most popular tourist destination, much has been written about the island of Bali. Whilst it’s certainly fair to say it is more developed than many other islands in this part of the world, there are still a host of beautiful areas to explore here, including majestic lakes, volcanic mountains and idyllic fishing villages where the pace of life seems not to have changed for hundreds of years. Rating: 4 / 5 The boat was very good, in good condition, very clean and tidy and well equiped. Only one small problem, we had a lot of rain and the only table that would seat 8 was outside so having dinner inside meant that someone had to stand. Difficult to pick one place above the rest. We were a little disappointed at the Isle of Pines that the locals have the place sown up. But we enjoyed the whole trip. Navigation was not as difficult as i was led to believe. Rating: 5 / 5 The southern lagoon of New Caledonia is absolutely beautiful. We didn't get to the Isle of Pines but the overnight anchorages in the lagoon made up for it. We also spent a couple of days in the Bay of Prony in some very pretty anchorages. The wind was constant from the SE which provided champagne sailing for us.
