WANDERLUST is a superb platform for scuba diving and snorkelling, tailor-made for avid lovers of the underwater world, so expect to find her cruising world-class dive locations like the Indian Ocean and South Pacific. In performance terms, her hydrodynamic efficiency and state-of-the-art propulsion system means she cruises easily at 17 knots and tops out at 23 knots. This expands your cruising range and dive-site options considerably while keeping fuel bills and emission down. Her zero speed stabilisers mean everyone on board enjoys a steady horizon.
One of the most remarkable features of this yacht and the widest part of it: The Loft. This is a winter garden space with floor-to-ceiling privacy glass that slides away to create a remarkable open-air shaded terrace.
It’s aft of the high-ceiling sky lounge with huge screen on which guests can enjoy sports, movie nights and highlights of the day's filmed adventures. The ceiling itself is a huge screen, like those in The Loft and the heli-hangar, that can display any image or video you want - you can even bring the Northern Lights inside should you wish.
Another signature is the 400sqm (4,300sqft) aft deck - the space is over 30m (100ft) long. This is where two of the yacht’s three tenders, a 7m (23ft) beachlander and an 8.3m (27.2ft) Explorer, are stowed. The third is a Windy SR52 chase tender capable of 45 knots.
The sides of the aft deck fold down to open up the views completely and create even more versatile space for entertainment, relaxation and games like basketball, table tennis or a golf driving range with fish-food balls.

The boat has eight staterooms, able to accommodate 16 guests, with crew accommodations for 24. The profile has a faintly military profile, with a huge aft area. Despite the look, Wanderlust is actually one of the most entertainment-focused yachts on the water, with an abundant toy chest and many interior features.
Espen Øino, who also designed Wanderlust ’s predecessor Bold , created the yacht’s key design feature, a 4,300-sq. ft. hangar that becomes all things to all people. The aft bulwarks fold down to create a large landing area that can be used as a helipad, able to carry helicopters ranging from an EC145 to AW109.
On warm evenings, the hangar converts into one of three outdoor cinemas—the other two are located on the sun deck and bridge deck—or can be fitted with sound, media and light systems for party mode. The area is also large enough to store the yacht’s three tenders, including the 52-foot Windy SR52 that hits 46 knots. Besides the Sea-Doos, sailing dinghies, Fliteboards and transparent kayaks, the crew sometimes set up a trapeze with the on-deck crane for guests to swing from. “The large aft deck also doubles as a game platform where we play basketball, table tennis and use as a driving range with fish food golf balls,” says Edge.
The yacht’s outdoor setup includes exterior lounging areas, either covered with awnings or open to the sun, while al fresco dining is reserved for the sundeck aft with a table that faces out of the wind. There’s also a glass-fronted Jacuzzi on this level. More outdoor dining is on the upper deck, with a bar and barbecue.
“The owners love their outdoor spaces on board, and we have plenty of intimate spaces for guests to escape to,” says Edge. “Equally, we’re well-equipped for shoreside beach set ups and watersports days.”
Most often, the owners spend their time in the dedicated “loft,” which is the hallmark of the Silverloft series. The winter garden area is wrapped in a band of floor-to-ceiling privacy glass that allows guests to see out, but prevents onlookers from seeing in. Sliding glass doors all but disappear to reveal a shaded outdoor terrace. The jewel in the crown is the interactive LED ceiling that displays videos and images. “We upload a blue sky with clouds by day or stars at night. It’s a truly incredible space to be in,” says Edge.
Designed and fitted in-house by the Australian shipyard, the neutral interior is charter friendly with light oak flooring and marble that runs throughout the guest bathrooms, hallways and stairs.
“The owners purchased the vessel relatively late in the build process, so major design changes were not something we were looking at,” says Edge. “But the materials are all very neutral to suit most tastes.”

A General Description of Motor Yacht WANDERLUST
This motor yacht WANDERLUST is a 36 m 118 (ft) good sized aluminium luxury yacht which was made at Denison Marine and concieved by Joe Langlois. Accommodating 8 guests and 4 crew, motor yacht WANDERLUST was named For Your Eyes Only; Dynamo V; Lakewood Lady; I Don't Recall. This gracious boat has been brought about with naval architects Joe Langlois. Dee Robinson acted on the interior design and styling.
Built by Denison Marine Inc in 1985, motor yacht WANDERLUST underwent an extensive interior refit in 2006/2007, at a cost of over USD 1 million. Accommodation on motor yacht WANDERLUST consists of a full beam master suite, VIP cabin plus a twin and a further cabin sleeping three guests.
The New Build & Designing of Luxury Yacht WANDERLUST
Joe Langlois was the naval architect firm involved in the professional nautical plans for WANDERLUST. Her interior design was realised by Dee Robinson. Joe Langlois is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. the United States is the country that Denison Marine built their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 1985 in Dania Fl she was then handed over to the owner after sea trials and testing. The hull was crafted from aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure component is fabricated mostly with aluminium. The total length of the luxury yacht on deck is 35.05 (115 ft). With a width of 6.71 metres / 22 ft WANDERLUST has reasonable interior. A shallow draught of 1.37m (4.5ft) affects the number of overall harbours she can enter into, contingent on their individual characteristics. She had refit improvement and changes undertaken by 2007.

Fitted with twin MTU diesel main engines, WANDERLUST can reach a high speed of 30 knots. Coupled to the WANDERLUST engines are twin water jets (kamewa). She also has an economical range of 825 nautical miles whilst motoring at her cruise speed of 23 knots. Her total HP is 3920 HP and her total Kilowatts are 2884.

Captain: Francois Botha
Captain Francois Hailing from Limpopo in South Africa, Francois comes from a small farming town in the Afrikaans area of the country. He grew up close to the nature and the breathtaking wildlife of the area, and has carried his love of the outdoors throughout his life. Francois began his maritime career working as a commercial diver, flown out to the BVI to assist in the mass clean up and yacht salvage in the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. As a qualified class 2 Commercial Bell Diver he is more than comfortable below sea level, and has recently transferred his skills to qualify as a Dive Master, ensuring all guests are in more than safe and experienced hands. One of his proudest achievements is his involvement with a non-profit charity in the BVI creating artificial reefs and interactive dive sites including the sunken wreck of the ‘Willy T’ and ’Sharkplano’, he has unwaivered local knowledge of the sites and will ensure to show you the very best spots. Being an incredibly calm and collected character, Francois will always be at your service with a smile and will make sure his guests feel well attended to and safe, whilst giving them their own tailored trip of a lifetime. He grew up close to the nature and the breathtaking wildlife of the area, and has carried his love of the outdoors throughout his life.<br /> Francois began his maritime career working as a commercial diver, flown out to the BVI to assist in the mass clean up and yacht salvage in the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Presented by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht WANDERLUST is a 50 ft sailing catamaran. The most valuable elements of WANDERLUST are her well-chosen interiors and culinary experience. WANDERLUST spends the summer and winter season in US Virgin Islands. She was completed by the renowned boatbuilder Lagoon in 2022. The ingenious yacht layout features 4 large cabins and easily accommodates up to 8 guests.
WANDERLUST is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The yacht layout radiates from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where the guests spend most of their time. The tastefully decorated cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Captain: Francois Botha
Captain Francois Hailing from Limpopo in South Africa, Francois comes from a small farming town in the Afrikaans area of the country. He grew up close to the nature and the breathtaking wildlife of the area, and has carried his love of the outdoors throughout his life. Francois began his maritime career working as a commercial diver, flown out to the BVI to assist in the mass clean up and yacht salvage in the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. As a qualified class 2 Commercial Bell Diver he is more than comfortable below sea level, and has recently transferred his skills to qualify as a Dive Master, ensuring all guests are in more than safe and experienced hands. One of his proudest achievements is his involvement with a non-profit charity in the BVI creating artificial reefs and interactive dive sites including the sunken wreck of the ‘Willy T’ and ’Sharkplano’, he has unwaivered local knowledge of the sites and will ensure to show you the very best spots. Being an incredibly calm and collected character, Francois will always be at your service with a smile and will make sure his guests feel well attended to and safe, whilst giving them their own tailored trip of a lifetime.
