Families will particularly love Red Dragon thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2008, She offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising a master suite, two double cabins and one twin cabin. There are 7 beds in total, including 1 king, 2 queen, 2 doubles, 2 singles and 2 pullmans. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

RED DRAGON is 52m (170’) and was constructed by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand and was handed over to her owner in March 2008. The design from Dubois Naval Architects was for a high performance aluminium sloop superyacht. The requirement was a world class luxury cruising yacht with the ability to stay operational for long periods at sea without outside assistance. The yacht provides accommodation for 8 guests, in 1 owner’s suite and three guest suites as well as a single cabin.

Once again the partnership between Dubois and Alloy has successfully produced one of the most significant sailing yachts afloat today.

Wilmotte & Associates designed RED DRAGON’s contemporary and relaxing interior, an interior which boasts a large saloon with formal dining area for up to 10 guests. The styling features a light contemporary timber interior.

Also included is a separate gymnasium with Pullman berth and en-suite. Her ample flybridge above is accessed from the cockpit.

RED DRAGON is very striking with topsides finished in anthracite grey and a white superstructure. Her excellent sailing performance and clean decks will without doubt turn heads wherever she goes. She is fitted with a huge 62.5m (205ft) carbon fibre mast with a fully battened in-boom furling mainsail. Sails are handled by 11 captive and six vertical winches.

RED DRAGON Specifications

The yacht’s main engine is a C32 1400hp caterpillar and she is fitted with two 90kW Northern Lights generators. Two water makers each supply up to 16,000 litres per day. Bow and stern thrusters assist manoeuvring in confined space and her range under power is approx. 5900nm at 10 knots.

RED DRAGON’s crew have worked together as a team for many years on the owner’s previous yachts. The Captain, runs a very professional and happy ship and is highly regarded in the Superyacht industry.

The Red Dragon 78ft Classic Thai Yacht is equipped with the latest communication, navigation and security devices and is licensed for 74 guests plus staff. The boat is entirely built with teak wood and equipped with old type sail with bamboo supports, which gives her very particular look. We kick things off by picking you up between 8:30 AM and 9:20 AM (depending on your location) right from the doorstep of your hotel. From there, our drivers will whisk you away to Samui's inner river jetty, where the real adventure begins.

Prepare to embark on a journey to the southwest of Koh Samui, where the Five Islands await. These islands hold a mystical secret—the harvesting of bird's nests. Curious, isn't it?

As we sail through the Gulf of Thailand, keep your taste buds happy with delicious appetizers while taking in the magnificent scenery. Look out for playful dolphins and majestic whales, as they call the Marine Park their home. Our voyage continues to the northernmost islands, where Koh Tai Plao awaits with its hidden lagoons, sandy beaches, and breathtaking cliffs. You'll even have the option to hop on a guided sea kayaking adventure along the coastline, exploring sensational cliffs and magical tunnels unique to this area. And of course, we'll make a stop at a secluded picturesque beach for you to enjoy crystal-clear waters and pure relaxation.

But wait, there's more! Our journey takes us to Koh Wao, where you'll experience the wonders of the underwater world. Get ready for an unforgettable snorkeling adventure led by our professional snorkeling leader. And here's a fun fact: Dragon Yachts are the only non-speedboat vessels that can take you to this incredible destination as part of the tour.

After all the excitement, it's time to indulge in a scrumptious lunch while cruising along the most interesting limestone islands of Ang Thong Park. These majestic formations rise dramatically from the sea, showcasing nature's artistry.

Once you've satisfied your hunger, we'll make our way to Emerald Lake Island, where you'll be transferred to the beach. Prepare yourself for a mini expedition through dense rainforest and narrow ravines, leading to a stunning viewpoint overlooking the surrounding islands. But the real gem lies downhill—the hidden saltwater lake enclosed by towering walls, aptly nicknamed "The Blue Lagoon" (cue "The Beach" soundtrack).

As we sail back to Koh Samui, be prepared to soak in the breathtaking scenery of the Ang Thong Marine Park, Koh Phangan, and of course, Koh Samui itself. We'll pass by The Five Islands, treating you to captivating views of the sunset. Around 6:15 PM, we'll dock back at the Koh Samui jetty, where your vehicles will be waiting to transfer you back to your accommodation.

• Payment must be made within 3 days after reservation date and not later than 3 day(s) before tour date otherwise reservation expires;
• Koh Sanuk reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions). By agreement tour can be rescheduled to another day or company will make full refund;
• Service provider reserves the right to change the trip itinerary and/or destination if weather (wind, waves) does not allow to execute the trip itinerary;
• Client has the right to cancel a booking up to 3 day(s) prior to the tour date. Is this case Koh Sanuk will refund full payment minus bank fee;
• From 3 day(s) up to 1 day(s) before the tour date Koh Sanuk reserves the right charge up to 50% cancellation fee;
• In case of cancellation in 1 day(s) or less from the tour date/time or "No Show", Koh Sanuk will charge up to 100% invoice amount cancellation fee.

Cancellation

• 50% of the price of charter will be charged for cancelation after confirmation. Cancelation after 16:00 a day prior to the tour date or No Show will be charged full trip amount.

‘Red Dragon’ is a 169.62ft /51.7m custom yacht built in 2008 by Alloy Yachts and last refitted in 2010. This luxury superyacht’s design is the work of Dubois, and her interior has been designed by Wilmotte & Associates.

Red Dragon’s stunning and stylish interior layout sleeps up to 8 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew members onboard to ensure you get the most out of your charter yacht experience. Begin your journey at the southwest of Koh Samui towards the Five Islands. These islands hold a mysterious and rarely seen phenomenon, such as the harvesting of bird`s nests.

Voyage to Ang Thong Marine Park

Voyage towards the northernmost corner of the park and savor delicious appetizers as you cruise. Explore the magnificent scenery of the Gulf of Thailand, where dolphins and whales make their home. Arrive at the park’s most remote and magical spot, exclusive to our tour.

Optional sea kayaking: Go for guided sea kayaking along the coastline to explore, the Secret Lagoon, sensational cliffs and magical tunnels that are only found at this location. Spot secluded picturesque beaches and their crystal clear, calm waters. Alternatively, hop on our dinghy that accompanies the kayaks.

Snorkeling: Venture out of the park to the Ko Wao islands, where you will find the best snorkeling sites. As the only non-speedboat vessel to reach this destination, we can select the optimal site.

Lunch & Voyage: Enjoy freshly prepared Thai-fusion cuisine, prepared from scratch by our chefs, while you journey through the 42 islands of the park; home to hidden lagoons, spectacular clifftops, and limestone rock formations.

Emerald Lake Island Visit: Relax on the beach or climb up the steps through dense rain-forest and narrow ravines to see a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the surrounding islands. Take a stroll down the steps to witness the hidden saltwater lake completely enclosed by walls, nicknamed The Blue Lagoon (inspired by the movie The Beach).

Head to Koh Samui - Sunset Cruise

Red Dragon yacht video

Luxury sailing yacht Red Dragon is 52m and was constructed by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand and launched in March 2008. She is another successful collaboration between designers Dubois Naval Architects and Alloy Yachts and is both a high performance aluminium sloop superyacht and a world class luxury cruising yacht.

She is fitted with a huge 62.5m carbon fibre mast with a fully battened in-boom furling mainsail. Sails are handled by 11 captive and six vertical winches and has a maximum speed of 15.5 knots.

Her contemporary interior is designed for 10 guests and on-board facilities include a gymnasium.

Koh Tao or "Turtle Island" is located at a distance of 60 km to the north of Koh Samui. Koh Tao is often called the pearl of the Gulf of Thailand. With just 7 km long, 3 km wide Koh Tao has terrific variety of beaches and beautiful bays. In the North West of Koh Tao, a kilometer away from it is a small island Koh Nang Yuan - the hallmark of southern Thailand.

Known as the best place to practice diving (island is assigned to the second level PADI category), the main priority of Koh Tao is diving. The total length of the coral reefs located in the coastal waters is more than 8 kilometers. Some coral reefs have shallow depths and creating a great place for snorkeling.

The Red Dragon 78ft Classic Thai Yacht is equipped with the latest communication, navigation and security devices and is licensed for 74 guests plus staff for private tours. Maximum capacity for semi-private (group) tours is 28 people.

The Red Dragon is entirely built of teak wood and is equipped with an old-style sail with bamboo supports, which gives it a special look. The yacht has a spacious sun deck, a large main deck with a living room and a U-shaped dining area, as well as a hot whirlpool and an excellent sound system.

You can book tours to Angthong with snorkeling and kayaking (lasting 8.5 hours), around Koh Phangan or Koh Samui, as well as the 5 o’clock South Koh Samui tour, where you can visit the islands of Tan, Madsum and the Five Islands and more.

Blue dragon is a 68-foot double-deck yacht (about 21 meters). Maximum capacity for semi-private tours is 14 people and 35 guests for private tours.

But for your convenience, it is recommended to take on board not more than 28 persons. The yacht has got several spacious decks, including the upper one for sunbathing. There is a Jacuzzi, a modern sound system with Bluetooth, and covered lounge zone. Each guest will surely find the comfortable place to relax and admire the seascapes. Although the yacht looks old-fashioned, it is equipped with modern navigation, communication and security systems.
